I really was hoping this place would be great since it’s close to my house, but it has just been issue after issue. Their EV chargers never work, the car wash shuts down with cars inside of it and the cashiers will charge you extra for everything. My partner went in for a 6 pack of beer the other day and they tried charging him $60….for a $15 product. That’s 4x more than the actual cost!
When it opened, the staff were super friendly, but it’s definitely just a front. Sadly, we will be avoiding this spot unless there is an absolute emergency..
The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because their selection of food/drinks is actually quite nice. I just wish their other services matched.

Avoid the store here. Absolutely no prices on any merchandise on any shelf. And what you end up being charged is overpriced due to no competition. Paid over $5 for 2 1 liter Brisk lemon ice tea. Again, avoid the store.

I wanted to like this place as they are open late for snacks and some are healthy.
However, numerous issues.
Tonight I went to the carwash. I have no idea why it didn't work. I've been to plenty of carwashes and often there is a green light or instructions to drive through but NOTHING happened. We waited over 30 min in the heat for the carwash and we get to the front of the night and nothing is happening. I wait and then start to inch in and see if anything is going to happen and it doesn't. I tried calling a number on Google as we are sitting there with nothing happening with a line of cars behind me. Couldn't get through. I started honking to see if the cashier or someone could adjust something? It was a 40 min waste. I pulled out and asked for my money and they have refused the refund! UNBELIEVABLY bad customer service.
The clerks weren't apologetic.
Also I don't get gas here. I did before and my mechanic said I bought bad gas and I had to have a repair.

Disgusting! I came in at 6am and bought two of the breakfast sandwiches that are kept warm in the oven thing. I was driving and ate one of them, but it tasted like dirt. I thought it was just the taste of the sausage or something. I then bit into the second one and saw MOLD. There were no expiration dates on the sandwiches and who knows how long they had been sitting there for. There should be fresh breakfast sandwiches EVERY MORNING; I think that’s common sense if it’s not frozen or refrigerated. I will not be coming back here.

Came to put gas and they didn’t have change and that’s understandable but I was gonna pay w my card and he said to wait because he was gonna switch shifts ?like it literally takes least then 1 min

Always will try to have customers pay for tire air, which is completely ILLEGAL in California. Everytime I asked to have them turn the air on, it's either the remote control is not working or something else. It's ridiculous. I just don't have the time, otherwise I would for sure report them.
