Not open when stated. Was outside building on Saturday at 11a website states they are open 9a-1p, but was closed. Called two different phone numbers and both went to voicemail. Very frustrating.

Often words cannot fully express what transpires during a business transaction such as a vehicle rental and the customer service one experiences, therefore I shall start with simply, "WOW!"From the initial phone call ... to the in person greeting upon arrival at MobilityWorks, Ms. Alicia Aguilera was one of the most informative and pleasant customer service representatives I have experienced.By my calling in advance, Alicia had already prepared the rental contract so I only needed to supply my California driver's license and proof of insurance which made the process that much easier.The rental van was very clean, ready to go and full instructions were given to me by Alicia that made me feel like an expert on operation and all the safety features.Simply put, the departure was a breeze. Also, leaving my own personal vehicle in their secured lot left me without worry.Bottom Line : I can't say enough good things about this rental company and it's staff other than it's a "class act" !Operating my own business for over 43 years has given me the ability to recognize other companies excellence. I can assure you that MobilityWorks will leave you with a feeling of confidence and satisfaction.I look forward to my next rental with MobilityWorks!

They require additional support and patience, often dealing with financial hardships. However, they take advantage of their vulnerability, making things difficult and overcharging them. I just tried Mobilty Wors, Pasadena location, and my experience was fantastic! I worked with Alicia to rent a wheelchair lift van, and our trip went completely smooth and pleasant!!Alicia was patient and introduced everything in the van to me and how to operate the lift etc. She gave me some tips on operating the vehicle, and in the end our trip went fantastic!I highly recommend Mobility Works and especially working with Alicia Aguilera !

Stopped by at 12:20 p.m. on Saturday 4/9. Had lots of questions in search for accessible van for family. Store hours posted 9-1 on Saturday. Locked up, no one there. Not even option to leave message when called them. Are they still open to public?

Alicia at Mobility Works is outstanding! Everyone I have had contact with at this location is simply great! It is embarrassing to say I requested a Van for the wrong day and Alicia changed it quickly without even having to connect on the phone! The way things are now post COVID, we all need to appreciate how hard customer service roles can be. Customers are not always polite and everyone is stressed. Thank you Alicia and I believe Steve, who answered my call, for always being polite, professional and helpful! Loyal customer. If you need to rent a Van, purchase or service a van. This is the place for you!
