“Schools First is the best credit union I have ever dealt with. The level of professionalism is impeccable. Their leadership and courtesy style is even dent from the branch manager down. They've helped my entire family with several of our needs and I can say we are BEYOND satisfied! We wouldn't bank either any other. Thanks Pasadena SFVU, you guys truly are the best!”

“I wanted to leave a review for the pharmacy, but also to give a shout out to Hike who went out of his way to help me with a somewhat complicated prescription my doctor had sent in. I was extremely sick so to have him help me get clarification from my doctor for the insurance approval in order to get my medication quickly meant the absolute world. I am very grateful for his help. Generally I have had a positive experience with CVS pharmacy and find the staff to be kind and really make an effort to keep things running smoothly. The only time it doesn't is usually the fault of the insurance company or CVS operating systems which the employees cannot be held responsible for.”

“Tried this local meat market for the first time yesterday and the carne asada and chicken with their marinade is so tasty. I am sometimes hesitant in purchasing marinated meat from places but this place, you can tell the meat and chicken were fresh and he marinated the chicken right then and there. And this place is $4 cheaper on carne asada than our local markets. Good customer service too. This will be my new place for meat and chicken.”

“This location is now my favorite Walgreens. The last time I came, there was another manager, and she was a little annoying. But I won't let that deter me from this business because I was helped today by Romeo. This is the second time I have encountered him; he is charismatic and charming to deal with. He was able to help me purchase my makeup, and he gave me some sweet compliments; he's a fantastic guy, and I appreciate him for handling me with so much care today. He is one of the best managers at Walgreens that I have ever encountered; Romeo needs his own store! Thanks again, Mr. Romeo. I hope you get everything you ever wanted in life; people like you are fantastic and make businesses look amazing by the way you treat your customers and by how you handle business so professionally. I do hope you get your store one day. Cheers!”

“There are very few times when I am completely shocked by customer service. Today, I had to stop by the pharmacy to pick up some medical gloves for my mother. I was not in the mood to stand in line and do any type of price comparing. I was a bit excited because I remembered to bring my long list of coupons this time. After ringing me up, the manager, Martha, said that for some reason the coupon for 30% off would not work. She tried again and again it did not work. She apologized. I said that it was fine and to go ahead and charge me. The total came out to $57.00. Pretty expensive for plastic gloves, but I was in no mood to haggle. She then saw that the numbers of the receipt was the same and the one I showed her.She then took it upon herself to take the receipt and punch in numbers manually. Martha then told me the total was $8.05!!! I was in shock. She smiled and said that she was sorry that it took so long. I was/am so thankful. I didn't ask her to do that, but she took the time to help me. I want to thank you Martha for making my week. Its been rough, but your kindness will go along way!!! Thank you!!”

“COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff do not wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open for customers to do their shopping at limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was buying some toiletries from this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: There are plenty of parking available for you to choose from. There were lots of parking available even during prepandemic times. Now during the pandemic, there are even more parking spots available. The spaces are pretty wide and decently sized. Parking is not an issue here. Store: This Rite Aid is very clean, tidy, and neat. All items are displayed in a way that makes sense. They are very well stocked in a lot of items. This Rite Aid is located behind Whole Foods, so if you want to check out Rite Aids from the other side of the lot, you have to walk down this dimly lit pathway. Staff: The staff here are very nice and welcoming. Right when I entered the store, I was immediately greeted and asked if they could help me. Well done, Rite Aid employees. Well done.”

“This the pharmacy I visit almost once a week to pick up prescriptions for my husband. I've always had great experience with every single pharmacist especially Gary Chow. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable with the process of getting new meds or refills and provides his valuable feedback. I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Driving around Pasadena 9pm, spotted RiteAid and ice cream came to mind. Made u-turn, headed there with doubts in mind that they would not serve ice cream for whatever reason late at night. I was wrong. They even sold me a authentic Thrifty ice cream scoop "gun"! Will be back when in the area.”

“This CVS is in the Trader Joe's plaza on San Gabriel Blvd and Huntington Dr. This is the second time that I had it gone inside but it's been so long that I forgot that I have been here before. Luckily since it was late at night there was a parking typically I try to avoid this plaza since it's so popular. Everything is very organized but feels a little bit more cramped since they're not working with much space since TJ's takes over most of the space on their end. I feel like in the past they were more spaced out here when they first opened but maybe I'm wrong. The feeling I had today when I walked in was wow they're not that big here.It helps that each section is labeled by the description so it's easy to find what you're looking for. All the registers are up in front. The pharmacy is way in the back. Everything is standard and nothing to complain about. They have self check out registers at the front of the store for purchases which makes it easier for those that are able to navigate the machines. Overall, not my first choice of CVS locations but if you happen to be buying groceries or getting food in the other end of the plaza it's a convenient place.”

“As a Registered Nurse, I know the value of establishing relationships with medical practitioners, and this is true for pharmacists, as well. I've been going to Walgreens on the corner of Colorado and Sierra Madre for years, and as an older person have gotten to know Jeff and Jennifer well. Despite a busy store and pharmacy, they always take time to review medications and answer questions.A recent example: as a hearing impaired person, it's sometimes hard to hear in a noisy environment, and reading lips is impossible with masks. Jennifer used her computer screen around, and in large type clarified how I should be taking two new medications concurrently - her instructions were clear and reassuring. You may have a wait, but these pharmacists are great.Ann. RN”
