Best customer service ever !! During my recent visit to the dry cleaners, I was genuinely pleased with the exceptional service I received. The young man, Ayman exhibited a high level of professionalism, ensuring that my garments were handled with care and attention to detail. Not only were my clothes impeccably cleaned, but the timely delivery surpassed my expectations. Satisfied customer and I will definitely be coming back

I moved to the area a few months ago and was in search of a new dry cleaner and alterations place. I stumbled upon Natures Cleaners driving by one day. The first time I went, Ayman payed such great attention to my requests, I was inspired to return. Since then, I have brought in all my dry cleaning and altered countless items of clothing including pants, skirts, dresses and even scrubs. Ayman even added clips to my hair extensions for me by sewing them in. Ayman always ensures that I am satisfied with the outcome and makes sure it's perfect. Watching him interact with his other customers while I am in the store, I can see how much time he spends getting to know all his customers. I recommend this place HIGHLY for any alterations or dry cleaning needs. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE! So I just tried on my alterations after storing them for a few days and let me tell you! If I could give 10 stars I would. Ayman was so patient and heard my concerns and needs and tailored to me just perfectly. Worth every penny, highly satisfied.

I took a white puffer jacket that had a black (permanent) marker stain right on the collar and they got it out! great customer service and happy to have my winter jacket back thank you!

My wedding was postponed due to Covid and I ended up losing weight so I needed to get my dress altered and cleaned as it had been collecting dust. They were super helpful and were able to get it done in a short amount of time. Ayman was friendly and very professional throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend this place!

I have been using their services for over a decade. A few years back they have lost my suit, it was high end custom tailored. I waited for them to find it, they didn’t, I ignored the incompetence since it was a convenient location, few months back they handed me, a Nordstrom custom fitted suit I had taken to them, just the jacket without the pants, after weeks of waiting for them to find it they acted as if it never happened, today they have lost one if my expensive Tommy Bahama’s shirts.

DO NOT GO HERE!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE!! I GET IT NOW THIS PLACE ALREADY HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS! UGH!! I MOSTLY LOOK AT REVIEWS FIRST AN BLEW IT ON THIS ONE!! IF YOU LOOK AT REVIEWS TO FIND GOOD PLACES TO GO TOO! PASS THIS PLACE! Can you mark this as a ZERO!!! Took my daughters's new $120 shirt here just for laundry and press. It came back with serious problems (black stains that almost looked like an oil). Asked the clerk what it was and he said it must have been on the shirt. We pointed out that it was a new shirt that still had the tags on it. He said let me take it back and have it cleaned again. Fast forward 4 weeks!!! 4 WEEKS! They kept the shirt only to return it with the stain still there (FADED) and the shirt ruined from what ever chemical they used. My wife asked if they were going to pay for the shirt and the kid (clerk) said the owner will not pay and is not responsible??? SO who TF is responsible?? The worst part was the owner ( given a man's name of Iman or something similar). He never answered the phone number that we were given for him. The clerk offered us credit for the shirt to be used there?? NOPE!! They are not going to ruin anymore of our clothes! DONE!!

They are usually closed and leave a sign that they'll be back in an hour but take longer. Need a new dry cleaner!

I have sent items like pants in for repair on multiple occasions and paid for delivery. The pants took almost 2 months on one occasion and about 1.5 months on average. I politely call to ask the status, they give some excuse and apologize, but the repaired pants never arrive. I am always polite, but it seems like it is some kind of game where they promise to resolve the issue and nothing happens. At one point, the attendant promised to deliver it that day but was laughing in the background. Sure enough, the pants never arrived and this is after my 6th phone call in 4 weeks.
