I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Nike store in Pasadena, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the store was. It truly looked pristine and inviting, a testament to their attention to detail.
What truly made my visit exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ryan and Frank, both of whom were incredibly helpful and displayed the most genuinely friendly demeanor. They were not only knowledgeable about the products but also went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Their positive attitudes made the entire shopping process easy and stress free.
Beyond their outstanding customer service, I was also very impressed by the quick and efficient service. I never felt rushed, and yet everything moved along seamlessly.
Overall, the Nike store in Pasadena sets a high bar. With its beautiful appearance, quick service, and the standout assistance from friendly and helpful staff like Ryan and Frank, it's truly a top-tier retail destination. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

Ever since I been shopping someone from Nike don’t greet customers picking up online orders assuming someone look how you dress doesn’t mean anything we going backwards with the customers service smh I’ll continue going to the other Nikes store then here Long Beach and Santa Monica the best then this place personally thought

Small selection. Very pricy, considering they get their products made by paying workers a few bucks an hour.
I've been to bigger, less expensive stores, like Nike Factory. While I disagree with their business model, I have one teen boy who loves basketball and, therefore, likes Nike.
If it were up to me, I'd get rid of the capitalist system. All it does is line the pockets of the rich while exploiting workers, like YOU and ME.

Went in today on a Saturday morning around 10:15am. Was greeted and immediately helped. I had ordered some items online and was hoping to exchange. They didn’t have my items I needed in my size, but the gentleman who helped me was able to facilitate a return and order the items for me. Super easy.

There’s a female store associate.
Incredibly rude towards customers who are still reviewing their purchase options.
Would not recommend to come at all unless you are looking to get disrespected.
