“Took our mom to visit the California Cactus Center for the first time. She has recently fallen in love ❤️ with all things succulents and we knew she would fall head over feet when she saw all the varieties. They have different sizes of plants, various prices, some are already potted, and many more ready for you to create your own succulent world. Here you will find the most common succulents and to the most exotic. They have it all! Including pots and Stones to decorate your own creation.”

“Hidden gem for all plant lovers!!! There are rare and beautiful plants scattered throughout for GREAT prices. If I had done all my plant shopping here I would've saved hundreds, especially with all the price gouging for specific species. Amazing selection and kind staff. I cant wait to go back!”

“I get ALL my David Austin roses here in this hidden gem as they have SO many options! Prices are unbeatable! Little small cute nursery tucked in Pasadena that has been passed down from generations before. Japanese owned by cousins. Don't expect a big fancy facility. Think small, family size, run down with character and many generations of love. Some of their David Austins: Strawberry Hill, Claire Austin, Teasing Georgia, Tranquility, Queen of Sweden, Mary Rose, Princess Alexandria of Kent, Crown Princess Margareta, Tess of the d'Urbervilles, Olivia Rose, Charles Darwin, Carding Mill (tree form), Charlotte Rose, and many many more! They have an ENTIRE SECTION just for these beauties! 15 of my DAs are from here because they have the best price and best customer service! One of the owners, Dale, is so kind, helpful and knowledgable. He spends his time explaining everything and answering all my questions. He's very generous to even help us to the car. I left my number with Dale so when and if he gets more DAs, he will call me. What a great guy, right!?! That's what I call good customer service! I love this place and keep on coming back because it's family owned, kind owners, unbeatable prices, and willing to share their knowledge and wisedom. 100% recommend this gem!”

“Love this little neighborhood nursery. They have everything you could possibly want and more. They have unusual plants that you would never find at Home Depot. You might find the same plants at Armstrong Nursery but you would also be paying almost double what Lincoln Nursery charges. The staff st Lincoln are friendly and very knowledgeable.”

“Not long after a big lightning storm the Rain Dial-controlled drip line in our backyard stopped working. We thought the line’s solenoid might be shot, but took some photos and went here for help. Hector and Joe spent over 15 minutes advising on our Rainbird valve setup, why a bad timer or bad solenoid could be the problem, and what we might do to diagnose, even giving us names of local persons with experience in case we decided not to mess further with this problem. We weren’t just sold some part that couldn’t (or wouldn’t) be a fix. In my opinion this is SUPER SERVICE!”

“Huge selection of nice-looking plants and outdoor furniture. The back is beautiful and relaxing with all of the fountains. Love the few plants we bought and there were a lot of cute pots.”

“I spend thousands of dollars yearly utilizing Home Depot purchases to maintain my real estate investments. Furthermore, the customer service is top-notch. However, my most recent interaction with Alyssa, a manager, could have been better. I just found a $52 item purchased one year ago that was not opened. I attempted to return it today, and it was denied. Alyssa's defensive posturing did not insure me as a customer, and she led me to believe logging on to The Retail Equation (TRE) website would clarify why my return was denied and that the site would ensure me of receiving store credit for the purchased item. That was not the case; there was no human being to discuss customer concerns. Their "return items" section 1-800 number had only four options: 1. major appliances, 2, new orders/online purchases, 3. local Home Depot questions, and 4, local Home Depot credit card purchases. No exclusive phone number is explicitly designated for refunds, questions, concerns, or contingencies. I'm glad they are not the only option in town, and if this problem is not resolved equitably, I have other choices.”
