Shout out to the amazing and attentive sales manager SADRACK! My family was looking for a new Brother printer and Best Buy lacked the Brother collection, so we ended up at this Office Depot. We couldn’t locate the model we came in to buy and asked Sadrack for help. We met him at the front of the store and it was clear the team was short staffed. Sadrack was running around assisting other customers at the copier and showing another employee how to work the system, while making eye contact with me and another customer who was waiting. We ended up with another printer and Sadrack took the time to walk us over to explain the extra supplies we would need. He brought us to the front to ring us up and then carried the printer to our car! We were completely blown away by how gracious and thoughtful Sadrack is. This day could have been very different with the store short on employees and Sadrack made sure that wasn’t the case. This gentleman deserves a raise! Thank you Sadrack! ?

I was so satisfied with the professional service of the associate. He converted my pdf file to the MS word file to print out it since my pdf file had something wrong in it.

We had a great experience here. We arrived needing a new printer and advice about which to get. We also recycled the (suddenly) broken printer and returned some ink cartridges. John gave great guidance to help us pick out the printer best suited to our needs and Sharon was truly exceptional guiding our recycling and return process. Between a good selection in the store and the fantastic customer service this is our new favorite store for home and office supplies!!!

The store is well organized, clean and well stocked. My check out experience was efficient and the associate greeted me and was very pleasant. I have shopped at this store for many years and I will continue to do so.

I generally don't expect a ton of service from retail stores these days. However, Schunn at the print center changed my perspective. He was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. My hope in customer services has been restored.

I went in for a cable that the website said they sold. No one asked me if I needed help at all. I finally asked the clerk at the register. While he was nice, he didn't know what I was talking about, so asked me to show him on my phone. He still didn't know so he asked a tall, heavy set, bald guy with glasses. That guy rudely says, "What are you trying to do?? Cuz most people don't know what they want." I told him I knew what I wanted, to which he rudely replied, "Well, we don't sell that in this store!" This location is continually horrible and I only went because it was close. If you want great customer service, go to Staples on Colorado and Rosemead. I found what I needed at a cheaper price. I will never step foot in another Office Depot or order from their website.

I have been looking at this particular desk for a few weeks. The first time I went to look the service was awful, the young man was not at all interested in helping me. He told me to go to the internet! My next visit Cecelia, a manager, was so very helpful, informative and interested. Because of her I purchased the product.
