The company has not improved its turnaround time. The most recent tests were taken on Friday, January 14 and results were provided (to at least some families) in the afternoon of Tuesday, January 18. A COVID test result 4 days later is not particularly helpful to screening kids at a school, and is still way outside the promised 24-hour turnaround. It's fine to sell COVID testing and promise a 4-day turnaround; it's not OK to promise 24-hour turnaround and take 4 times longer.

Dr. Kamal and his staff are excellent to work with. They have helped us get through COVID and be able to safely and quickly test our patients and employees. They often go out of their way to help us and our patients. Would highly recommend!
