Precise Imaging provides great service. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. The technicians are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They explain everything and answer questions to make patients feel comfortable. The facility is very clean and the process is quick, with images taken in approximately 30 minutes. Patients are also given a CD copy of their records. The staff help to calm nerves and minimize stress and anxiety. Overall, Precise Imaging is a great place to do an MRI and is highly recommended, even for those who are claustrophobic.
Five stars because the scheduler, Rebecca, was very helpful. But be aware that Precise Imaging only does MRI scans for personal injury cases.

The overall quality of care was great, Mario took his time explaining the process. Really respectful type of care, never felt uncomfortable. I would recommend this place only based on the care provided by Mario.

Mario helped me with my MRI and it was my first time getting one. I was honestly pretty nervous, but he was great. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and was very patient throughout the whole process.
