Overall a good experience. The sale & design worked out as planned. I would rate the quality of the installation of the floor a 10 however the installation of the cabinets & slat boards a 7. One of the slat boards was not installed properly which led to the brackets not fitting correctly. The detail around cutting the slat boards to fit around the outlets could have been better. One of the cabinet doors was damaged when delivered however the installer recognized it immediately & ordered a new one for replacement. After the completion of the installation a final walk through was not performed by anyone from the company. This final step needs to be included moving forward.

From the time Angie picked up my call to last day of project, it was a pleasure working with OGS team.
My project was from garage floor to customized garage cabinets. I got an amazing customized planning with 3D rendering and very fair pricing compared to 3 others. The crew showed up at 8 am with many confirmations of the scheduled time before hand.
When they showed up. They were extremely carefull and respectful to space with covering other furniture and cleaning the area after.
The end result was beyond my expectations. It looks as if I paid twice for what I actually paid.
I will 110 % use OGS for my other projects. GREAT Team. THANK YOU OGS.

Organized Garage Solutions did a fabulous job on our garage. It’s about 4 years post installation now so I can say with experience that the cabinets will last. We did an epoxy floor and wall cabinets. What I liked about the epoxy installation is they used a grinder to grind down the old cement floor which gave us a perfect seal.
The cabinets are strong with a countertop and tool board. It’s very convenient and organized, looks neat. Their team did a fabulous job with design and organization for installation which went very well. All done in a couple of days. Thank you! Amazing! Excellent!

Varand and his team are excellent! We had them install cabinets/shelves in our garage two of our bedrooms. They were prompt in providing us with design options and were able to accommodate last minute changes without any issues. The craftsmanship is high quality and we were very pleased throughout the whole process. While it may seem hard to find reliable contractors these days, Varand was responsive and stuck to his proposed timeline. Would highly recommend them without reservation!

Did a wonderful organization of my garage with all brand new cabinets, shelving, hooks for bike, surf board holder and new flooring that has held up over the past few years. Good initial meeting to find out what I needed followd up by excellent design and construction. I even had melted surf wax on new floor and was able to clear it away with scrub mop. I will post some pictures shortly but would not hesitate to use them again.

UPDATE: I saw the review from the company and I’m not surprised they try to say I’m confused. The project was run under my wife’s name, in Seal Beach end of April/early May timeframe. It was you. I clicked the link you emailed her that she sent to me because I was the one home dealing with your employees. Added a pic of the email you sent us for your reference, in case you think I’m still mistaken.
I wanted to love this business. And honestly my garage looks much better, but for the cost I expected way more from their team. We used them because a friend of ours did and loved their garage. So we made a call and had one of their design professionals come measure. She seemed super easy to work with and very helpful. (I have one complaint I’ll save for later as I didn’t know this was an issue until after install)
On the first day they put in an epoxy floor. And it looked good. The following day they were supposed to do the cabinet install. But when I looked at the floor there were multiple mistakes where the flecks didn’t have enough epoxy and there were holes. The company said they could still do the install of the cabinets and fix the floor the following day. So I let them.
At the end of the cabinet install, the guy was ready to leave… and when I was inspecting everything, I had to go get the plans to prove he was missing an entire cabinet, and he hung things in the wrong spot. Additionally there were like 7 shelves missing, and one foot. Even worse instead of using a stud finder he just drilled holes in a line all down the wall (below where the cabinets so even after the install it showed). I had to call and complain and they said they had to order the other cabinet again but would rush it and come back in like a week to fix everything.
Then, the guy came to “fix” the floor. And the holes were filled but he didn’t match the clear coat and you could see it a mile away. It was garbage. They should have redone the entire floor but didn’t want to own up to their mistake and take responsibility for the workmanship. Then when I complained again they sent yet a third guy that got it close. Or as close as you can without redoing the entire project.
The other shelves eventually got put in and they moved them where they were in the drawing and installed the shelf on the other side of the garage. Then after everything was done I started to pack my things on to the shelves. Here’s what I found… the A hole that first installed my shelves and didn’t even tell me things were missing until I pointed them out installed them with broken wood. The tops of the shelves (which you can’t see unless you are on a ladder looking down on them) were cracked so he flipped the board so you couldn’t see it and installed anyways!! And one major design flaw… the shelf that was on the adjacent wall (and should have been the easiest). I had the design specialist measure the boxes I intended to put on that shelf. They were right at 2ft tall. So she designed the shelf 2ft from the ceiling which makes it almost impossible to get them in and out. Common sense says to leave some space and I didn’t catch her mistake in the drawings so that’s what I’m stuck with.
If I had gotten a major discount for my troubles, or if the business had acted like they cared, I probably would be kinder… but I paid over $13k for a completely S$:t experience. And now I have marks on my new floor, holes all over the walls that I had to go back and patch and paint, cracked wood shelves and a large hole in my bank account. There have to be better places to order from. They did outstanding on my friends place but completely screwed mine up (some of it on purpose) and with no remorse or understanding. Would not ever use again. Probably should have sued.

I’m in love. I found this company on Google and I’m so glad I did. Not only were they quick to install shortly after making the initial deposit, but the installation technicians were knowledgeable, funny, and easy going. It made this process very smooth and efficient. Thanks guys ☺️

Overall, OGS did an excellent job of installing our storage system to our liking. The design process was not quite as smooth as promised and took some e-mail wrangling and then an additional in-person consultation, but we are happy with the final product!

Outstanding job! Staff was incredible. Price was fair and staff was professional and experienced. We could not have made a better choice. We have made referrals and they are also happy with the work. Our garage is amazing.
