I wish I could give them no stars. Pasadena Awning took my deposit $$ and went missing and never delivered our awning. They do not answer their phone, you cannot leave a message and they do not have an email address.

I gave them a template of a simple, round fire pit cover and they botched it. Then, the owner wouldn’t return calls.

In Feb. Pasadena Awning took my one year old awnings down from windstom damage. I have called 10 times, David promises to get them back but it is now Sept. NO AWNINGS.
