This business needs to modify its info on Yelp...Im clealy in their service area even though they just texted that I was out of their area. Maybe it's bcz my request for a quote is a small job? What a waste of my time...

I wanted to give a great recommendation to Pasadena Concreteworks. They just did my driveway and did an excellent job. Great finish work, great crew. Worked hard and cleaned up well. Ron (the owner) is a stand up guy. They are not the lowest priced I am sure but I think they are a great value. I cannot recommend them enough. I am an architect and can tell a great company when I see one. They are worth checking with for any job you might have.

Called this guy for a driveway apron job, over the phone he said it’s about $7500, we set up an appointment comes by, and starts saying “oh we have to see what the inspector wants and he the king” I go no one is king in the city they all work for the residents of the city, oh I have to get back to on the estimate, meanwhile I called three different contractors which got their contact from the city itself, all three quoted me $7500, which I had one of them do the job already, This guy send me a quote for $14,500 for the same job which the same inspector approved the work that was done by the contractor I hired, so basically when he saw that I built a brand new house he thought he could take advantage of me since he assumed I have a lot of money and I’m not gonna say no, so bottom line be careful very careful his PRICING is not fair at all.

We had our concrete driveway replaced, including a portion of the driveway that looked like a DIY paver job with drainage issues. During the initial consultation with Ron, we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He is straight forward and will give his honest opinion. He communicates well and ensures there are no surprises. Edwin, his foreman, and the rest of the crew were considerate and super easy to work with. Edwin and the crew also helped us fix a sagging gate. The post was not installed correctly and was tilting. They dug down and added reinforcement and a concrete wrap and leveled our metal gate. Our driveway looks great now, complete with a new drainage system. Highly recommend Pasadena Concrete Works!

Ron was very quick to respond and he answered all of my questions (I had a lot). I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to upsell anything to me and suggested that I find a leak specialist to find the source of my problem (concrete spalling?) before I did anything else. He even suggested that the concrete spalling wasn't bad enough to warrant a complete replacement and that finding/fixing the leak was more important.

Great job! Well done, they even went the extra yard and made sure everything looked great when they finished. They were a bit more expensive than other vendors I checked, but the quality of work easily proved "you get what you pay for". Highly recommend.

Ron and his crew are what we all hope to find in construction work: honest, friendly, quality work and on time!! If you're looking for concrete work, look no further. I did my due diligence before hiring PCW getting four bids and looked at nine of Ron's jobs. It all added up to the perfect choice and I couldn't be happier with the results. The color matching was great and the drainage is spot on! I will use Ron and PCW again, with certainty!!

Just had my driveway redone from tree damage and the result is PERFECT. Pasadena Concrete Works does amazing work. Highly professional, drainage considered, work completed on time with everything clean and neat. I have had this company do other work for me and it is always superb. We used PCW over 5 years ago to do some patio cracks/grouting repairs and they did a great job. Recently, we used PCW to do more extensive work as our patio had subsided in certain areas. PCW dug up the patio where needed, identified the cause of the subsidence and replaced/repaired drainage, installed rebar and laid new concrete. The project took about a week. PCW's 4 person team were always on time, worked diligently throughout the days, were very polite and accommodating to our requests and completed the overall project on time. PCW's work was excellent and we are delighted with their service. We highly recommend PCW and will use them again.

We were very impressed! Ron offered problem solving suggestions of how to work with our shared driveway so that both households were pleased. He also identified the issue we had with cracked steps at the front porch and added that to our project. Once the project was underway, we were impressed with the leadership and expertise of Edwin and his team of workers. We were consulted on decisions that that were made along the way. Replacing a driveway is a big project but thoughout the project we felt secure in the progress. The final result was very satisfying. We can recommend this company with full confidence.

Ron and his crew did a very fine job in replacing a slab of concrete that had been pushed up by tree roots under our driveway. He came out exactly on time for an estimate, went over the replacement options, and then provided a reasonable estimate within an acceptable time. His team came out and completed their work and then he gave us a proper concrete curing time before first use. The results blended nicely with the existing concrete. I highly recommend this business.
