Brought our Berger Picard for a grooming and our dog is WILD. She just has a ton of wiggles despite training efforts. She's a sweet dog, very obstinate and of course, wild. They did an excellent groom on her which included a bath, brush out, some minor trimming and her nails. She looks like a show dog. I almost didn't recognize her from the riffraff version I'd dropped off earlier in the day. The groomer was gracious in communicating her behavioral challenges and we agreed she'll need some more frequent grooms to get with the program. Izzy seems to know she looks fabulous, she's walking around the house in what can only be described as a "strut."

I cannot believe I haven’t left a review for PAM and her crew at Pasadena Pet! I’ve been going to Pasadena Pet for close to 16 years now and hands down they are the best in Pasadena! I wanted someone who would love and handle my dogs as I would when they are being groomed. I wanted a cage free zone with adequate supervision after their styling. Pasadena Pet delivers on all of my “wants” and exceeds my expectations each visit! If you’re looking for daycare fun or grooming needs give me a go! Your “kids” will look adorable and will be exhausted from the play/fun! Promise you the best experience!Love you Pam!Your furry kids- Quincy, Boris and Birdy- and sweet Elke too! ❤️

We take our baby Mookie there every two weeks for a bath and a cut every other time. They always do the best job, everyone is so nice and Mookie loves going there. They call when he's ready to be picked up and they also offer day care I believe. You need to have the right shots for your dog but 100% worth doing. He leaves perfect every time. 10/10 recommended for any dog. We love you guys! Xoxo

My dogs were not fed. And I saw one of the workers hit my dog. I was there to pick them up 5 minutes before 830 am. Very disappointed and disheartened with the kind of treatment they must of received. Both my dogs flinched away from me when I went to pet them . That has never happened Reply Janice nothing was ever told to me about rice/pumpkin. When I left my dogs in your staffs care they did not have diarrhea not where you got that information from. And yes I saw her strike Benny with the object she was holding. My dog cried out in pain!!!!

My happy Dior!!! We were apart for 9 days. They did an awesome job with her bath and brush!!! Recommend them for boarding!!!!!
