Unnecessary Flag. Why be divisive? I don't see a U.S. flag displayed, so why this?Stick to selling clothing

I've been using their items for years and loved it. I came to this store to do an exchange the manager was extremely rude.

Been here bunch of times, its expensive for me but I fancy the clothes especially comfort I feel when wearing them. Also they tend to treat the minority fairly which is awesome IMO.

After bought some items at Pantagonia and asked for a restroom, the employee and the manager pointed to the Container Store accross the street and told to use the rest room over there. Shame on Patagonia business..

Some beautiful clothing here at end of year sale, but prices were not sufficiently fair enough for my wallet :(

Walked into the store today to browse. Security personnel said hello everyone entering before and after me, but I got a stare instead. I browsed for roughly 10 minutes, not a single employee said hello or asked if I found everything okay. Perhaps I just didn’t look like their targeted customers. Big contrast with other retailers in Old Town where I was greeted and offered assistance within minutes.

Long wait for returns, especially if you did NOT buy it here. A bit frustrating coupled with parking.PRO:- Central Pasadena- One of the few in LA AreaCON:- Long waits for returns- Difficulty returning (time consuming) if you didn't buy it in the Pasadena area- Zero parking, even in the middle of the daySUMMARY:I'm grateful there is any Patagonia shop here in the LA area. However, I prefer buying it in a non-Patagonia shop as it is easier and you have a better chance at a sale.

One of the top premium outdoor clothing and gear stores offers a wonderful brick-and-mortar experience to try and sample gear. This is a great place to visit if you're a fan.One thing to keep an eye out for is their sales. There are some really good bargains if luck is on your side with sizing and availability.

Do not return at this store. It has been more than 10 days since I returned items here and I already made multiple calls to this store, too. However, I have not received my refund back. Even though I have a return receipt and their front desk was recorded during my return, they refused to help. What they will say to you is "call customer service" - I called 800 customer service number multiple times too and was told there is an issue with the store and the store needs to re-submit refund again. But, if you call the store again, they will do nothing for you - actually, they hung up on me. Great customer service.

Called the store to see if they had some stuff in. Talked with Catherine about my use cases, and she gave me some suggestions. Drove almost an hour to meet her, have her show me the options, try on and so forth. The store in general was very accommodating and Catherine did a wonderful job of helping me pick out what I’ll need.

Great selection of Patagonia clothing in an inviting store. They have something for everyone at this location. Also the employees are hospitable and helpful. The location of this store is a plus as well, surrounded by great restaurants and inviting for a walk.

As an ultralight backpacker, for me, products sold at Patagonia stores rarely fall into the category of a fashion statement. Quite frankly there are only two categories harbored within the store's walls... 1. The extremely well-designed and functional things that I also define as true ultralight equipment and then there is everything else. During my recent visit I tried on, compared and weighed the Micro and Nano Puff jackets for my 2024 Pacific Crest Trail bid. The staff was awesome and helped me acquire the data in which I sought. I seriously can't recommend this branch enough to Yelp review readers. A+
