Very bad experience, I took my dog to her bathroom and they caused her a horrible allergy. I had to take her to the vet and spent a lot of money. Maybe that shampoo they used on her is very old, they really aren't careful, they think that because they are little animals and don't speak, they can do whatever they want with them; Careless Negligent

This 5 stars is for the cashiers and aquatics staff. Not for PetSmart as a company. Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable staff. Also pretty please stock more cherry shrimps

I’ve been taking my puppy to be groomed at Petsmart. The groomer that he goes to is amazing. However the manager in the grooming department whose name is Manny, has zero customer service skills and doesn’t show any compassion for pets. This concerns me about bringing my dog here as I’m very observant and particular on who handles my pet. The first time I scheduled an appointment online it was with Manny. And when I walked in and saw his personality I almost canceled the appointment. However, another groomer ended up grooming him so I decided to keep the appointment. As a long time pet owner who has experienced my dog being abused at another Petsmart location, I am beginning to feel uneasy taking my dog here. In my opinion, Manny and people who lack compassion for animals should not be handling pets. He’s extremely dry and unpleasant.
