Paid $1500 for three pull down blinds for our business about a year and a half ago. Recently, the pull chain on one of the blinds jammed and they quoted $575 to come and fix it. Instead I bought a replacement chain pull from them and asked for instructions on how to take down the blind so I could do the replacement myself. They wouldn't provide any instructions or help and it wasn't obvious. Finally, after considerable trial and error I was able to figure out how and quickly did the repair myself. Once I knew what to do, it was easy. $575 to repair a $500 blind?! Ripoff!! I'll never do business with Phillips Draperies again.

My mother was looking for window covers at Phillips in Pasadena. She was shocked by the poor customer service. Debbie, her sales agent, took one look her and felt she was able to determine what my mother could afford. She handed my mom a few swatches and then referred her to Home Depot. My mom proceeded to go to Lowes and found some lovely window coverings with great customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Not an experience from the place itself, but one of the managers, Joshua Mootoo, used my card to pay for a whole years subscription of spotify. He's an unauthorized user. I'm pretty sure this is fraud

What an embarrassment of a business. I paid them over $1200 six weeks ago to install blackout blinds in my bedroom and they still haven't come to do it. I talked to Nick who said "look, it's out of my hands, we are backed up." What kind of a joke customer service is this???Highly recommend you go elsewhere for your drapery or curtain needs! Your money will be lost and they'll never deliver you what you paid for if you work with these guys.

They will ask you for 50% DP but then the turn around time sucks. And once you pay that, they will be unresponsive. They will keep on saying that they are very busy...that scheduling is not his department..blah blah blah. Just don't get them.

Our formal living room draperies were installed today! We hadn't ever dressed these windows (30 years here in our 1929 traditional home) as we spend all of our time in the large family room, where the TV and stereo are! Debbie Jett was our designer. Because our furniture in that room is a combination if Marge Carson white sofas and WWII era antique desk and side tables, with 2 pieces of original modern art on the walls, it was a tricky choice for drapery pattern! Today, Daniel, our installer arrived right on time (a little early even) and did a fantastic job carefully measuring for level curtain rod bracket install. 1929 homes are not exactly level in every way! So, we cannot be more pleased! Hooray for Phillips!

Debbie is a gem of a person. She knows so much about window treatments and colors. Her personal touch is what made our experience so special. Also, Daniel, the installer, is such a great and friendly person. I really enjoyed working with this company.

Seriously? There is no reason not to show up for an appointment or at least no reason not to call or email or text. They have all my contact info. I even reached out to their sales consultant, Debbie the night before my drapery installation to confirm the time and she confirmed that 3 pm appointment. So I leave work early and they are a no show! I call Debbie and she is nowhere to be found and no one knows anything. So frustrating and a waste of time! To add insult to injury, they lied about the arrival Time saying they arrived on time. I have a camera which shows they arrived 45 minutes after the appointment time.

Phillips draperies does a nice job but customer service and turn around time is terrible. I have had a call out to them for service for 2 1/2 months. No phone calls nothing. Everyone I call they tell me they are very booked for the week and that someone will call me. No one calls. If you can find someone else with quality service, try them before calling Phillips.
