I have moved several times over the years, and this was the best ever! The movers were on time at both ends of a long-distance move. They packed perfectly and loaded and unloaded efficiently and were good-humored through the whole move. The cost of the move was very fair. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

Hurricane Hilary hit the west coast in August of 2023. Hurricanes in California, who knew? The tropical storm residue of the hurricane came through the San Gabriel Valley and decided to stress test our roof. It failed. We had to move out while the construction fixes were done to repair the damage. Pink Transfer swept in to save the day and to expertly pack and move all of our stuff out. The workers were all very friendly, and in our frazzled state, reassured us in their expert approach to our furniture and personal property. They treated everything like it was their own. They were so careful with everything that we were very comfortable with what they were doing. All of our stuff was taken out and packed into multiple large wooden storage containers that were ultimately sealed for transport to their warehouse to hold until our house was repaired. Each of our items was bar coded with a small sticker to document all of our items in their inventory. This was very reassuring as we handed over all of our stuff during this very anxious and difficult time. Two to three months later, when all of our repairs were complete, Pink Transfer brought all of our things back and opened each of the large wooden storage crates where our things had been napping. They carefully brought everything back into the house and placed each item where we wanted. Their expert and friendly staff were very understanding and accommodating. We wish that the catastrophic roof failure had never happened but Pink stepped in and in our moment of need provided superior customer service and skillful packing and moving as well as careful storage of all of our stuff. We were so happy with their service that we recommend Pink Transfer for all of your moving and, in the case of damage due to a tropical storm, storage needs.

Great customer care! This guys showed up on time. Completed as promised sooner then expected. Made my life easier for me & my mom. They will go above & beyond to make you feel at ease with all the packing & stress. You don't have to worry about anything. I will highly recommend to all my friends & associates.

Can recommend Pink Transfer without reservation. Packing, moving, unloading, helping unpack, multiple furniture placements; these guys were unfailingly courteous, patient, thoughtful, cheerful and professional. Paul, Oscar, Sonny, (a young man whose name I cannot recall), Ben and Mike. I had a 13 week old puppy and another dog and it was chaos. They were good with my animals and and watched out for the puppy. I was sad when they were done unloading at the new house and getting ready to leave. Special recognition to amateur arborist Ben, for all of his knowledge about the trees at the new house, and his gentleness with my puppy, and also to Mike. Mike was a BOSS and a really kind man. Respectful, funny and helpful. I hope I never move again but if I do, it's Pink Transfer all day long. Thanks guys!

It is such a pleasure to enthusiastically recommend Pink Transfer to anyone hiring help to move. Our recent move out of state was super stressful and we weighed several options, including different moving container companies. We decided to check out the full-service option as well, knowing Pink Transfer is an established and family-owned company. We knew that there would be no sub-contracting or having our stuff held hostage while unscrupulous operators milked us for more money.We were impressed with Riley from the start -- he is very professional, informed, and kind. He explained that a recommendation for a container size that can "accommodate a three bedroom house" doesn't factor in weight, and that even space-wise we would quickly exceed the one 26' container or two 16' containers we thought we'd need if we hired a container company. He explained how often people are caught in that predicament and have to scramble to get more containers, adding significantly to price and stress. We did the math and in the end, realized it was well worth it to hire one highly skilled crew who would pack, load, drive, and unload. No uncertainty.It was as straightforward as that. Jerry was our crew leader and he and his guys were all fantastic, working so hard to pack breakables/valuables carefully and to maximize loading. Not a single thing was damaged. They were careful with wood floors, they were careful with everything. They were an amazing team.It was just the best experience. We had moved some stuff already and had dealt with hiring "load/unload" guys for our rental truck who arrived late and stoned -- I had to run to find other people to help; our friends hired a company who dumped all their things in their garage and wouldn't bring them into the house; and the sellers of our new home did experience having not enough container space, and had to leave a bunch of stuff in the garage as they waited for another container to be delivered. Our experience with Pink Transfer was as close to perfect as a move could be. There were absolutely no problems.Thank you, Riley, Jerry, and all your wonderful, hard-working crew. You did an amazing job. What could have been a horrible experience with someone else was a smooth and even enjoyable experience with you. You made it all work. We can't thank you or recommend you highly enough! Pink Transfer's expertise and professionalism were so worth it. Thank you for giving us a memory to smile about. We're very grateful.

This review is long overdue. I rarely write reviews but Pink Transfer truly warranted it. It all started with the initial estimate that was provided by Riley who immediately instilled confidence and relieved the stress from me right away. Additionally, I wanted to highlight Ernie and his crew. They did an amazing job. Not only were they professional but gentlemen as well. Very attentive and friendly. They managed to take a very stressful process and make it smooth and manageable.

I cannot recommend Pink Transfer enough. They helped me have the least stressful move of my entire life. It started with Riley showing up to provide an assessment and estimate for white glove service. The estimate was an amount that they would not go over and true to their word, they did not. The day of packing George and his crew showed up and after a quick walkthrough of what was needed, they got to work immediately. They asked clarifying questions when needed but otherwise just did their jobs exceptionally well and exceedingly professionally as well as quickly. I cannot stress enough how fast and efficient they were. Like the day of packing, the day of unpacking they showed up on time and after showing them the route to the new apartment, they got straight to work. Our expectations after seeing how well they worked on the packing day were high and they exceeded even them. All boxes were labeled and categorized, not only to make delivery easier but to make our unpacking less of a mystery. While my personal job of unpacking isn't complete, Pink Transfer made every step of getting my items from one location to another a truly exceptional experience.

We hired this moving company to help transfer our grandmother to assisted living facilities. Mike, Sonny, and Paul came out to assist and did allll of the heavy lifting. I especially want to shout out to Mike for doing so so much. He went above and beyond and had the kindest attitude with our grandmother, and did so so much physical and mental labor with arranging everything and leading everyone. We will recommend Pink Transfer for others' large moves and really are so thankful for their services.

Pink's managed my move in January and they made a difficult project as easy as it could be. The crews were careful and considerate and efficient. My move was from Southern to Northern California, with two different drop off points and several sets of stairs, and Pink's handled everything perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely do NOT recommend. This company deserves NEGATIVE 1,000,000 stars. They had absolutely horrible service and every person including Jeff (Owner), Brandon, and Leslie talked and acted like KARENS. The Owner also was DECEPTIVE and had not spoken about a ton of HIDDEN FEES. Additonally, they were very expensive compared to other companies.

We moved to New Mexico this winter, and Pink Transfer made the whole process very easy. The pack-up, the storage, and the move of some very fragile works of art went superbly. What a great crew. It could not have been better. Use them.

I have used Pink Movers in the past, and recommended them to friends and family. I will NEVER refer them again! My younger sister contracted them to pack her up and move her out of her loft into temporary storage after a water problem requiring restoration, Expensive and a few of the packers not expediently experienced. 7 weeks later, they were contracted to move her from storage back into her renovated loft.. There was an issue with being charged excessive travel time and I was informed that " Doug " was unapologetically condescendingly rude which is distressing. There were people not employed by Pink who were privy to the conversation on speaker and they too were appalled with Doug's attitude and verbiage.

Steve Green and his crew were super friendly and highly trustworthy. We had 25 years worth of stuff that they carefully packed and moved for us. They did an amazing job packing up our house, incl lots of breakable and fragile items. It can be difficult to find the right movers but I would recommend Steve and his crew for your move!
