Submitted paperwork for p/u and shipping of small cup--3 weeks ago! Made order Dec. 30th. Am being charged storage weekly and asked for timely service--which was promised. NO PICK UP AT ALL. 7 emails later--3 weeks later--$60.00 paid to ship a 3 pound item--ridiculous--and THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN PICKED UP. YUK. Never will I use this over-priced, unreliable vendor again.

I have been a customer of PP&S for several years now. I have a personal mailbox there, have used the notary services, purchased merchandise and had passport photos made there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is convenient.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in the buy packaging and to make a print. The woman said that I could not print there because I needed to print a shipping label from usps and they do not take usps packages. I understood that that print n ship center did not take usps packages but to refuse to allow me to print because it’s a usps label is crazy! They literally refused my business! Why is it anyone’s business what I’m printing? So crazy and sorta weird. Anyway. Don’t waste your time here.

I purchased a print from an LA based auction house; one of their recommended shippers was Pasadena Post Pack & Ship. Original inquiries were quoted in the $160+ range; I told them that it could be rolled and shipped out in a tube, at lease according to the auction house. I was then given a revised quote of $60.00. I agreed. After the auction, a release form was filled out, including payment information, and sent to this company. This company picks up routinely from the auction house so no special trip was made to accommodate my item. I then got a quote to flat ship this print, a flat piece of paper that was in the $200.00 range. The original quote of $60.00 disappeared. I balked and requested that it still be shipped in a tube - now, the price jumped to $100.00. Further, the shipper wanted a release from me absolving them of any damage in the rolling of a piece of paper into a tube. I provided such, and agreed to the higher price - I just wanted to get the ball rolling. Perhaps about a week after it was picked up I inquired about a shipping out date - a young woman that I spoke with mentioned something about someone quitting, resulting in some delays? Whatever - I told her I wasn't in a hurry, and to ship when they could. I later received a call from them telling me they couldn't find my payment information, which was on the form they requested of me. My invoice came to $103.00, which included an insurance charge I felt unnecessary. I received the print in a tube. Actual shipping charge was about $20.00. Insurance that I didn't want was $3.00. The shipping tube cost about $2.75; a few sheets of heavy duty tissue, maybe .50 cents? No special trip was made to pick up my print; it was simply rolled up into a tube, maybe about 15 minutes worth of an employee's time at most, with this company making over $70.00 on a shipped out tube. I have all the email exchanges regarding quoted prices, prices that were all over the map. Whatever.

Excellent customer service! I was referred to Post Pack & Ship from the LAMA auction house in LA to ship an art piece I purchased recently. I had reached out to several other shipping services in the area for comparison quotes and Post Pack & Ship came in with the best numbers by far for a complete door-to-door service. Every interaction with them either via email or by phone has been great. They responded promptly each time I emailed and quite honestly made the process smooth and hassle free. Tom from Post Pack & Ship has been wonderful to work with, a true professional in every sense. They did a great job packing and shipping my art piece, delivering in perfect condition. I highly recommend their services for any shipping needs. They'll do it well and cost effectively. Total pros.

Rude customer service tonight 12/09/2022 30mins before closing time. I authorized 1 more person to our business p.o box. The owner Tom was not available when the secondary person came to pick up the mail. Although we were told that the secondary person only needed 2 forms of i.d it was not good enough after 1hr drive. Now i will have to drive down and resolve the issue in person when customer service misinformed us over the phone.
