Ms. Loan Nguyen is a true PRO. She got me in and out under an hour. She is super kind, easy-going, friendly and works fast. She gave me the best jolly rancher themed nails I could ask for. The timing here is everything. It's quick and well done. And allowed me to get on with my day. See photos!

Love this place... Jenny is the best. She's profesional and friendly. Really listens to how I like my nails done which is very important for me because if my nails are not cut or treated properly I can run into having ingrown nail with lots of pain. 5Stars for her technique... thank you Jenny

I have been going to Pro Nails for numerous years and wouldn't go else where. Jenny does a beautiful job on my nails and goes above and beyond. Sometimes I come in with my mother who has dementia and every one goes out of there way to make her fell comfortable. Thank you Pro Nails!

This is my favorite nail salon! The staff is friendly and attentive! My nails always look great! The price is right and it is very affordable. It is a relaxing experience and I always feel pampered. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend! Try it! You won't regret it!

The fact that I have been a customer for over 20 years speaks volumes about the quality of service Pro Nails provides. I now live almost 20 miles away and continue to go to Pro Nails in Pasadena. The environment is always welcoming, and it is especially refreshing to go for a mani/pedi and feel totally relaxed in the quiet surroundings. Jenny and Mia have a great sense of knowing whether to carry on a conversation with their customers or let them be, while providing excellent manicures, pedicures, and waxing.

Pro nail salon is the worse nail salon in the area. Low quality costumer service. I got mani and pedicure the service was awful. I requested a deep cuticle removal the nail technician was careless cut me without apologizing or acknowledging that she cut me. When I got home I had to remove my pedicure nail polish it was messy! after removing the nail Polish I realized she didn't removed fully my old nail gel color. clearly the 2 lady's nail technicians need to be retrained. the two nail technicians started talking bs after the I told her to stop working on my hands. That's so disrespectful! Find out for yourself if you want a sloppy mani and pedi.

They have signs up that they don't accept credit cards, but when I started to leave because I didn't have enough cash, low and behold they suddenly found the credit card machine. I think this is a little dishonest.

Loan did a lovely job on my acrylic gel nails . It's the second time Ive had her do them and she's very talented & skilled ..obviously! She performs the detailed task w expert precision and fast too ! I've never had to wait at this salon. Mai , her associate gave me a lovely pedicure. I'm back here for sure for my next mani pedi . Highly recommended!
