The worst storage place I've ever used. Hand carts are not available unless you find someone in the office to unlock them, and there is almost never anyone in the office. When I moved in, I had to wait 2 hours for someone to get to the office and let me move into the space. Yesterday I was there for 3 hours and did not see anyone in the office and so had to carry everything to my storage unit by hand. The elevator is extremely slow, so it's much faster to go up the stairs if you're able. The building is very stuffy and hot, so you quickly get exhausted moving things around in there. One of my friends had her unit there broken into and a lot of stuff stolen. Will gladly pay more to avoid this place in the future.

Very pleased with the service that was provided by Ricardo! I honestly felt very welcomed and impressed with the service and cleanliness at this public storage location. Definitely a 5 star location and can ensure you that at thai location you will be in good hands!

Horrible my lock was cut by the sales manager and I had over $10,000 worth of items stolen. The manager also removed my insurance without me actually signing for it. Just a total nightmare. Been there for over three years currently still have some things there but it was unacceptable and I didn’t get any kind of reimbursement for anything.

First time renting a storage unit! Found a very nice deal at a convenient location at this Public storage branch. Ricardo the branch manager is very customer-centric and helped me find a good storage unit in person. Highly recommended!
