The lab tech here is amazing. He might have been the best phlebotomist I have had blood drawn from. However, whoever does the billing billed the wrong insurance and now for over 6 weeks I have been stuck with the burden of proving that Quest is at fault while their system keeps sending me threatening bills over and over and over. I have called and have sent messages online to no avail but the erroneous bill still stands. I will update this review if anything changes. BE AWARE that the system billed my insurance from over 5 years ago even though the correct current information was shown!!

Very poorly run. Ran late. Sick people sitting in same room with no masks. No one at the desk. Only one person working.

This morning, my 99-year-old grandmother arrived at this location for lab's requested by her doctor. This location states that it does take walk-ins.. the staff was completely rude. There was an African-American woman that was apparently a phlebotomist as well as reception. If this place takes walk-ins, they need to adjust the system because my grandmother waited over an hour and ultimately had to leave , she was never updated on if she would be able to be seen anytime soon mind you she wasn't able to eat before this. It was just terrible. Please do better .

Waited over an hour for an appointment for a simple blood draw. If walk-ins are accepte , there needs to be some further consideration given to those who made appointments. The DMV has figured this out and the system works very well. Those without appointments queue up and those without can march through. If the DMV is doing things better than a public company, then something really needs to be examined.

I went on a Thursday 4pm as a walk-in After kiosk check-in, I only waited 15 minutes, was in and out very quickly for bloodwork Was my fastest bloodwork ever, not sure if it's this location or time or just lucky? I found street parking for free (1 hour) but they do have a pay lot downstairs

They close at 12:30pm. I came in at 12pm and had been waiting for 20 mins. An old lady came out said they were closing for lunch and couldn’t take my blood. I respect your schedule. But I would’ve appreciated if they told me earlier so that I don’t have to waste 20 mins especially I have kids with me.

I was at Quest Lab today and I had an appointment and I checked in at kiosk yet was not called. Many many other people came in after me and were taken back after me. I waited an hour. I had to complain to an employee when she was calling back someone else. I was finally called and absolutely no apology. The WORST patient service here. Disorganized and overrun with patients. I don’t recommend it.

I don't recommend this place. Poor patient service. And overrun. I had an appointment and I checked in yet was never called back. Many many people came in after I did and they all were called back before I was. I had to talk to two employees before I was taken back. No apology for my waiting an hour. I was very disappointed with today's service. I almost got up and left. Probably will never return to this location-

Impossible to get service. Since the Pandemic, Green St location doesn't take walk-ins, although the recording g says all locations do. Appointments must be made on-line. Considering g how many seniors need their services, this is a hardship if you don't have computer skills. You can call-- but no human being to help. You have a robo- operator ask what day you want. Then it says "Not Available" and asks for your next idea. Considering what they charge, is this really the best a healthcare provider can do? How about some investment in PEOPLE to help-- even if they're outside the US??

Terrible experience. My (nice) doctor down stairs from this place led me to believe I could go up and simply get on a waiting list for a blood test (I later gave them this feedback, btw). I had a little time on my hands and wanted to get it done. So. You go in and register online in waiting room at this console where they scan your drivers license and give you absolutely no other info. No one there at front of office... 1 hour later the assistant person (and there is no receptionist there so that is problem number 1) that I had to knock loudly on inner door for, this person tells me there are no guarantees a waiting list person will get in before lunch in 45 minutes, or possibly at all that day. When I said, 'well maybe you shouldn't have a waiting list?' She replied too bad there was nothing they there could do (like ESTIMATE/BALL PARK whether I could get in before lunch?! There were like 5 or 6 on this waiting list.) -- that policy is policy. When I asked for a manager or a number for someone above her to complain to about this, she smugly told me they did not have that information to give me -- can you believe that? Like they think someone will believe they don't have their employers' contact info?! Bad place, bad policy, terrible customer service -- it seemed like even for the scheduled people as they went through. As consumers why do we put up with this kinda bs? Don't give them your business!

Got in and out quickly without appointment. Only down side is the pay lot that they don't validate tickets for.
