1 star is too much. No empathy. No sense of customer service. No care whatsoever. The attitude is appalling. They are obviously used to unhappy customers, because they have a sign posted asking customers to be "kind" to the employees. Whoever needs to preemptively ask everyone to be kind to them, is obviously the one with the problem.

If I can give no star, I would give zero. The staff is so rude, I was there just a little bit more than 10 minutes because I was trying to find this quest, and the staff woman didn’t take my appointment. She absolutely doesn’t understand how hard patient is! AND RACISM because I am Asian!

Dingy waiting room full of people. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Istead of answering questions they grawl at people.

This place is absolutely horrible I don’t know how they are still in business. Why do they bother accepting walk-ins if they truly don’t care or respect people’s time. They expect you to hang around and wait all day. I understand appointments are priority, however, sometimes people aren’t able to schedule ahead of time thus having to come in as a walk-in. I checked in at 10:30am and did not get seen until 1:50pm and was out of there in 10 mins. Do what you want with that information.

Worse experience ever!!! The phlebotomist is rude, unhelpful and she has no compassion for patients whatsoever. I can't understand why they hire people like her in the medical field. Disappointed about this place.

The worst Quest I have ever been to. Horrible service, myself and others waited hours for a pre-employment drug screen to only be told we all had to leave because they had to close.

In the beginning of October, I came to get testing done for my new job. Around lunchtime, the workers started telling everyone to get out because they needed to get lunch. Okay, understandable. However, I turned around to ask KATHY (eyelash extensions, decrepit, short black hair, Caucasian) what time we should come back and she told me she didn't know. I turn around and this lady PUSHES ME THROUGH THE DOOR FRAME WITH THE DOOR. I turn around grab the door handle and tell her, "Uh, hello, you're pushing me with the door." I get that everyone's eager to eat lunch and get a break, so I told her that to call attention to what she was doing because me, stupidly, thought she didn't know what she was doing. Do you think she apologized? No, of course not. She actually PUSHES ME AGAIN AND SLAMS THE DOOR IN MY FACE. I was so shocked and confused. Since October I've been calling Quest customer service, trying to get some kind of retribution for having been assaulted by one of their workers not once, but TWICE. I have multiple ticket numbers from every time I've called, and every time I'm told how sorry they are for my experience and that the supervisor will get back to me. Never has anyone EVER gotten back to me. My advice? PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. Don't go to ANY Quest but ESPECIALLY not this one. However, I know we have to what we have to do, so if you absolutely have to go, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KATHY. She is an unhinged, violent women. She's a loose cannon. I'm a young woman and she was comfortable enough to put her hands on me, so

If I could leave a zero rating star, I would. This location is terrible customer service for walk-in and appointment. The employees were two female women one in green scrubs with a claw clip on and one in blue scrubs with black shirt hair. They do bot acknowledge the patients. People are checked in through the tablet and some people waited since 8am as walk in and have been fasting to a blood withdrawn and have not been seen. FAIR WARNING: THEY DO NOT TAKE WALK-IN AT ALL. Despite, them saying, "we do not guarantee that we will see you today as walk-in." I came at 10am as walk in for drug screening and I have been waiting until 1pm and have not been seen nor acknowledged me for waiting for too long. Neither acknowledge the people who came in at 8am for walk-in, the poor elderly women has been waiting for such a long time and fasting. These employees have no medical ethics or understanding of Maslow hierarchy law of needs. Why do they waste people time? Why say you take walk-ins but don't see people.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had to get get a blood draw. I phoned the appointment line and received an appointment. It's was my fault I didn't write down the confirmation; I get there, use the kiosk to log in only to find out at about an hour after sitting there that they had no appointment for me and I was told I must had made an appointment for another location, which I did not. I'm told to sign in again as a walk-in and I wait another 45 minutes until they call me. I told the phlebotomists (or lab tech) that my veins are small and roll, and blood is usually taken out of my hand. She looked at my hand and told me that I must not have drunk enough water and she couldn't take my blood. I know I drank enough water (64 ounces) because I knew I need to do so. If I didn't know better, I think she just didn't want to deal with me.This has never happened in all my years of having my blood drawn. I said ok, and went back two days later and sat for 90 minutes and their computer went down. Was back there yesterday, and a different phlebotomists (or lab tech) tried to take my blood and wasn't able to. At this point, I am more than frustrated and will never go to this location again for a blood draw.

I've never experienced such a bad service, not only in this branch of Quest, but in all Quest diarbostic centers Iv'e been to. Regardless if you have an appointment or a walk- in, there always a wait of at least an hour, if not two! The whole system/ staffing lacks the minimum. People are waiting and waiting and waiting. It's a lack of respect to people's time. Once I waited 2 hours to give my cup with urine, with my 5 yea old. Now I'm waiting, for an hour, WITH an appointment, and the system has issues... outrageous. And the whole waiting time, you need to be listening to Quest's marketing on the TV, which are all lies, since it's absolutely not "that easy". I'll try to avoid testing at Quest ever again.

The staff here is extremely rude; I understand they are short staffed but there is no need to be rude when you work in customer service!

ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION POSSIBLE. I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, however I cannot help myself. If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Slowest service possible, even with appointment. If you don't have an appointment do not bother going in as they do not take walk ins unless someone cancels or leaves before they are called. This is different then the other locations I have been to. Small lab and both people who were working were unhappy, unfriendly and unhelpful. Hoping someone from corporate starts reading these reviews and makes a change.

I was late to my appointment and I wanted to reschedule it. Instead of helping me the front desk person just asked me to go home. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

No customer service whatsoever. Calling the number listed for this location will only get you to an automated system. I had questions prior to my visit that I was never able to ask. I even stopped by the location beforehand but wasn't able to speak to anyone because there is no front desk receptionist. The tech was unfriendly and made me feel like a lab rat. Other people's blood samples sitting out in a small room that felt so extremely clinical. It was a bizarre experience. I'm sure Quest has saved money eliminating any overhead cost on additional staff but you get treated only as a commodity and my entire experience was totally impersonal.
