Excellent customer service. Walking right into the shop I was helped out immediately. I needed a spare key for my roof rack and the sales rep helped me out so quickly! I even got an Otter Pop from them to help beat the heat!

I just had a wiring harness installed on our new car at Rack Attack. They told me it would take 4 to 5 hours, but they got done in 3! It is a good location for me, as I can use the metro to get back and forth while they were working on the car. competitive pricing.

Had one good experience, and a meh experience upon my second transaction. The employees helped me understand which cross bars to buy, and they arrived promptly; I was totally satisfied. When I returned to get an awning, upon a phone call and redundant in-store visit with different employees, nobody was able to execute the follow through promised to actually place the order. I ended up driving to a competitor on the west side who had the awning in stock.
