The best I can say is that I have seen worse. The right half of our small TV was browning out, the mattress was sub-subpar, and there was a bullet hole in our window. You could walk to Taco Bell if that helps.

The bullet-proof glass protecting the reception desk should have been a tip-off on arrival.
- The rooms were not clean. My white socks were brown in a few minutes.
- The rooms are dangerous. There was a paper bowl taped over the smoke detector to disable it. I assume to allow a pervious occupant to use his crack-pipe unencumbered.
- Did I say the rooms are dangerous? There was a bare wire poking out from the bedside light.
- The shower curtain is held up by will power. Keep the faith or else it will come crashing down.
- Check for towels. We had none in the room at all.
- There is no soundproofing in the connecting doors beween rooms.
On the plus side ....
- The staff were nice and helpful
- The bed linens were fresh and clean

Overall, my stay was good. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable and a great way to start the day. The hotel is in a decent, safe area, which I appreciated. My only concern was the condition of the seating furniture in the room, it was quite dirty. I would actually suggest replacing the seating furniture altogether, as it really took away from the overall comfort. With that improvement, the experience could be much better.

Worst hotel ever! Firstly, it was super disgusting, the rooms were smelly, and just gross. Booked thru Priceline and it wasn’t super cheap (paid around $360 a night) and considering the Wyndham name I expected decency. It was advertised as having breakfast, which was one of the main reason I booked, but when I went they said it was only on the weekends! Even then, it was just unwrapped powdered donuts and other junk. Additionally, I returned from my day to see the room was not clean. I asked the hotel manager and he said they only provide room service upon request. This was never mentioned to me when I checked in. This was the most disgusting place ever. The rooms had a terrible smell, the bathroom
was grimy and smelly. Overall, it was just very very disgusting.
It ruined my holiday in LA.I believe It was a scam. I am not booking hotels with Priceline again.

Write stayed here for 3 nights. Breakfast was not served on 2 of the days. The hotel staff said it was the managers decision and nothing could be done. Location is good for jumping onto the train and going to Dodger Stadium. Lots of transient, non hotel guests roaming the property.

This hotel claims to have a policy of 21 or older check in when that is not stated on their website nor on the listing on the 3rd party website I booked through. I booked this hotel for 6 nights for my 18 year old son because it was one of the few hotels in the area that supposedly did not have an age policy. I feel like my son was discriminated against and the front seat clerk refused to speak to me even though I am the person who booked the room. Leaving my son stranded and us scrambling to find another hotel last minute and for twice the price. If this is a policy then it should be clearly notated on any platform a room can be booked, and especially on your location specific website.

It was good, the TV said no signal, and it smelt a bit weird, other than that it was pretty good, had free breakfast not the healthiest breakfast, but still pretty good, There is Closeby Restaurants, over all I'd say it deserves 3 stars. Some of the light switches didn't work, the lamps worked. Has A Bible for anyone, so they can learn more about Christ.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I once again really enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked well, and I had a sliding door and my own little balcony! In addition the refrigerator kept my milk nice and cold, and the elevator was quick getting me up and down to the third floor. I plan to stay there again next time I'm in Pasadena!

The front desk staff were friendly and obviously trying their best. Specifically the young asian guy with the long hair was really good with customer service.
But I can go on and on about the negatives…I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and was pleased, but I am very unhappy with this recent stay. 1. Rate. My rate was $220 per night. Despite going on Google while staying there and seeing the same room advertised for $120 that same night. 2. Room. First thing we noticed in the room was the curtains were damaged and didn’t close properly. Therefore anybody who walked by could see right in our room. We had to come up with our own solution and use hair pins to keep them shut. Another thing, the refrigerator in the room did not fully close. It was constantly stuck open and therefore unusable. The lights in the bathroom were terrible, the light was so hot it was like a reptile heat lamp and made it terribly hot in there, and it was on a timer switch with no discernible numbers or info on how to operate it so you really had to just turn it and hope the light wouldn’t go out while you showered, and it always would. Also, there were two lightswitches that didnt work, I believe one should have been the bathroom fan, which maybe would have made the bathroom less hot and unbearable, had it been functioning. As far as the beds the comfort was just OK, the room was visibly dirty other than the beds so I wasn’t too comfy based on that fact alone. Also, the TV had a big spot in it. It shows a lot of negligence on the hotel’s part to not fix these things since they all seem to be relatively cheap problems… 3. Parking. The parking lot was full most of the time, the painted lines are lopsided and people dont know how to park. 4. Breakfast. What kind of hotel has breakfast only on the weekends? I am certain last time I stayed here, they had breakfast every day. It seems to me whoever owns this place cuts as many corners as possible in order to profit…

It was filthy. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The flooring was uneven. There wad a table with a loose top but no chair. Could hear upstairs people through the ceiling. There was vomit in front of our door that came from upstairs. The air cond was noisy and took the only outlet near the bed. The ouside vent to the ac was filled with crickets that came out at night. The breakfast offering was ok on the weekend. It's moderately close to the convention center by uber. I would like to be refunded but it's not clear who to contact. I used hotels.com to book. Not worth more than. $60/night.
