“It saddens me to only leave one star. My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay here with our pups. It is a beautiful hotel, and the rooms are quite nice. When I checked in, my 120 lb. shepherd was present (very hard to hide.) They put us in a “PET FRIENDLY” room and charged us an additional fifty dollars for each of our two pups. Everything was perfect!Upon checkout we were informed that the room we were in was not “PET FRIENDLY” and that we would have no choice but to pay a substantial amount more, around $300.00. I found this very unprofessional.Additionally, carrying down all our luggage, I left one of my fiancée’s bags. Of course, it was the one containing her designer shoes and apparently everything important to her. I fear she will never forgive me for this. LOL. I know the bag was left there. We didn’t stop anywhere else on the way home. I understand how tempting it may be for someone at the hotel to keep those things, especially after my fiancée was a bit rude with the staff. I just expected more professionalism from an establishment, like RAMADA.In closing, this is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Just don’t bring your pets and make sure you don’t forget anything here or you could potentially end up dealing with an upset wife and nobody wants that.Happy Wife Happy Life!”

I can personally attest that room #202 has bed bugs. My left leg is half swollen and hurts when i walk.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Upon entering our room wewere immediately uncomfortable. In general room feels musky and unwelcoming. Floor boards were warped and shifting and there was a black substance on the wall in the bathroom. Then around the bed were toe nail clippings!! Gross!! And skin dander crumbs! Unbelievable. We immediately went to the front desk to complain; thinking the front desk person would be just as mortified and would bend over backwards to correct this. Wrong!!! Horrible customer service!! First response was "well that room was just cleaned" followed up with "well i didn't clean it". He was so rude and unprofessional. Ramada should be ashamed to have their name on this dump. Checked out immediately and will never be back.Rooms: Musky and dirty!

Quick weekend trip. Older run down motel. Clean room with worn linens in need of a refresh. Problem with hot water control in shower. Poor breakfast options. Plan on a restaurant. You get what you pay for.

If you're in the Pasadena area, this is the place to go.It's reasonably clean and reasonably priced. It's about 7-8 minutes from downtown Pasadena.

Not a great stay. One room it took 10 minutes to get hot water. Same room had a leak in the bathroom from the light/fan fixture on the last night. Tons of rain that night but very loud drip and no offer of anything to catch water in or compensate for one night. One room would not hold water in the tub. Hot tub not working.Used to be a good place to stay.

The location was fine, and the service was good, but the rooms needed an upgrade. It has an old scent to the rooms. This hotel is good if you are not going to stay in the room all day.

After all, it's a two star motel. However Rose Parade will go through the front of this motel. In addition, it has excellent Internet WiFi.

The location is terrific. The upkeep and cleaning are lacking. There was a light scent present upon arrival in the room; like baby powder? Not offputting, but an unusual choice. The floor made my feet black, so the first thing I did during my stay was clean the floors. Well, I cleaned the whole space because the floor was dirty, so I figured everything was. The microwave didn't work with the buttons but would randomly turn on itself and start running. We unplugged it for safety concerns for our stay. The mini fridge ran so loudly that it woke us multiple times a night. We needed the fridge for our coffee cream, so we struggled through the terrible noise. The bed is the hardest and lumpiest bed ever. Woke with a backache every day. I did not entertain breakfast as they weren't able to clean properly, so I wouldn't eat food from them. The paint was good, and the crown molding was also good. There didn't seem to be any bug or rodent issues at the inn or surrounding area. The area is quiet and convenient. The price is very high for the dirty floors and very uncomfortable bed. The shower took about 5 minutes before the hot water would come, but it was pleasant once we got the water coming. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom, so we kept the window open to avoid musty odor or mold and mildew. There is onsite coin laundry available, which we did not use. There is a pool that we also did not use. There is ample parking. There is 1 elevator. There are many good food options and entertainment nearby and within walking distance. The staff were not rude, but not very helpful or outwardly kind either. Would have given additional stars if the floors were clean and the bed was comfy.

Stayed one night, room was clean enough, but floors needed sweeping if I’m being honest. The continental breakfast was all carbs, mostly stale donuts, mini croissants, pop tarts, they had a waffle maker but no syrup.. ask the attendant and he was like “we’re out, but there’s butter and jam if you need it” he was short in stature and in his demeanor. Like buying an energy drink or asking him about syrup was an inconvenience for him. I’m not saying he was rude but I definitely felt like I was being judged and looked down on. The young guy that checked us in the night prior was pretty cool he had tattoos and gauged ears.

Horrible place to stay. Lacking cleanliness. Customer service is horrible. Would not recommend this place. We stayed here to attend a concert nearby. The room next door had a party and was loud all night. We called front desk from our cell phone, because the phone in the room didn't work. Reported the loud noise at 2:00AM and it continued to 5:30AM! Customer service did nothing about it.The bed skirting on the beds was dirty and in need of change. The bath tub was stained. No water pressure at sink nor shower.

It is cheap so expect cheaper. The floor was dirty and made your feet black. Security lock broke. The sheets seemed clean and the shampoo and soaps seem a step above.Rooms: Room is motel style and is ok. Sheets clean but floor dirty. Staff seemed nice.

Nice hotel right where we needed to be. Clean, cared for, satisfying shower, quiet for urban location. Be ready for stairs. Everything you should expect including an ice machine that isn't scary. Staff were each helpful. Breakfast was a prefab carryout, but worthy attempt. Good apples. Off street parking limited but comfortable. Have new in-laws in the area and may well stay there again.Rooms: Clean, fully equipped, shower and pillows satisfying. Mattress showing age but slept well. We were 3rd floor so we had a balcony view and a breeze. We were on the street side, but traffic noise wasn't an issue.Safety: Pasadena is not one of the areas in SoCal that leave you nervous for your health and safety.
