I can’t say enough good things about Ray. He services my car every year and is always willing to help or give advice related to my MBZ. His price is reasonable and they haven’t changed for the past several years. After the fires, I brought my car in to have him change the engine and cabin filters. He did it in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Always accommodating and a lovely person. Thank you, Ray!!

Ray has always been nothing but kind and helpful whenever I’ve been. Being a new Mercedes owner, I’ve been more than a little lost but Ray has helped me out every time I’ve needed a service done or had an error code come up. Definitely way more helpful than some of the so called advisors I’ve come across at the dealership, and I’m really grateful to have found this spot. Highly recommended!

I took our 2013 c300 4matic to Ray - first visit for a repair after finishing up a long term service contract with the dealer. I am very pleased with Ray's knowledge and commitment to fixing what needs fixing and watching stuff that will be coming in the future. We are very happy with the service and his prices are very reasonable. We will be returning!

I'm done with the dealership services. They are expensive and the level of customer service is not worth the money I paid. I gladly discovered Ray's MBZ. I have my service A and B with them. They are honest and provide a wonderful service. Pricing is fair and Ray is knowledgeable. If you want to take care of your Mercedes, Ray is the right person that you can trust your car with!
