This is the old Arclight. We used to love coming to movies here before COVID shut it down. What a terrible experience it is now. Employees seem high. Coke machine is out and they sell me a coke knowing it doesn't work. What a shame. I wish arclight would come back.

This was by far the worst movie theater experience I have ever had. First off, the parking is confusing and expensive and the elevators if you park in the garage take ages. Not that big a deal though. As for the theater itself, I had bought my ticket online before and nobody ever asked for it or scanned anything which was odd. The popcorn and drinks are extremely overpriced. My water was $7 and they don't accept Apple Pay. Worst seats I have ever seen and they look like they'd never been cleaned. Most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in as well, with a wooden plank for your head to rest on, sitting at a 90 degree angle with no reclining. At this point I just wanted the movie to start and had shown up a few minutes late to try to miss the previews. Little did I know the previous go on for over 45 minutes after the start time, blaring loud and not even previews - car and soda commercials. With the lights on and bright the entire time. After 40 or so minutes, I actually bought a ticket to see the same movie at the landmark down the street and walked out. Best decision I've ever made. Super comfortable seats and barely any previews. You couldn't pay me to go back to the regal. I don't know how you could possibly enjoy your time there - felt bad for everyone else who fell for this trap. Never again

Regal paseo is one of the worst theaters I've ever been to. Most of their soft drinks were out, or not working. The seats in the theater were extremely dirty. And the worst part was the food all tasted old and stale! I truly wouldn't recommend anyone go to this theater.

First time I've been to this theater since Regal took it over from ArcLight. I won't be back.Saw Dune Part 2 in theater 8 - during the previews it was immediately noticable that something was wrong with the sound. I told the manager on duty at the time & to their credit they said that if the sound issues didn't clear up I could be refunded. The sound issues did not get better but I was with friends who did not want to have to wait another weekend to watch the movie, so we sat through it. Not great, but credit to the manager for offering to refund us if we didn't want to stay.Beyond the sound issues (which speak to Regal's sub par quality control), the seats are uncomfortable, the projection is mediocre, and the auditorium itself had a noticeable echo. The whole experience reminded me of stepping back in time to when reclining seats, laser projection, and well thought out auditorium design didn't exist in the LA area. Unfortunately for this Regal, the LA area is full of theater experiences that are SIGNIFICANTLY higher quality than this one. Regal Paseo feels dated and in need of a pretty big refresh - and this is after it just opened...Do yourself a favor and skip this theater.

Honestly if you don’t live in this area, don’t bother to come to this place. They don’t take Apple Pay and they don’t have a lot of movies that you might want to see.

alarm went off during screening of killers of the flower moon. left theater immediately. tried calling them to get explanation and get refunded or comp’d tickets but there’s no phone number or direct email to theater. annoying.however, it used to be an arclight, so good size theaters, good sound, cheap matinees. parking is in a garage which is unfortunate

Good theater and easy, plentiful parking. We validated and it was still $8-9. We hiked the tall stairs outside. Perhaps there's an elevator. Kiosk to purchase tickets was ok, but with some staff assistance. Theater was clean with decent sound.

1/26/2024 . . . still no bar. NO explanation. License application is in the window. Has been sitting there totally completed for at least a year. They should post some explanation. As I was walking in yesterday to see Wonka I was thinking to myself atleast a half hour prior - "I can't wait to try the new bar, grab a martini and see the movie. This is going to be great!!!" Even though I've spent 57 without a bar at a movie theater, I was really looking forward to. Big let down.
