Sienna is extremely unprofessional. My whole experience with her was HORRIBLE! During my service she kept talking about a man that walks by her salon everyday we’re not teenagers. She sat on the couch on her phone and DoorDashed and gossiped with Athena the entire time!! I literally was tuning them out because I just wanted my hair done!!! She then left my hair so BLOTCHED! I feel so ugly I haven’t left the house at all. please look at the images they don’t lie and tell me that my “burgundy” if it’s even that is worth 200!! She refuses to fix my hair. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I SHOWED HER! Please avoid the whole salon all together! Take your $$ to a good salon who loves to do hair, not just about the $$. Such a low vibrational salon, after my hair she didn’t even want to finish! She tried sending me out without even styling it!! It’s not my fault you did a horrible job and I don’t like my hair?? Athena came in with a smirk because I’m sure whatever she told her! These are like a group of high school mean girls it’s so ridiculous. Even after I paid her the $200 she ignored me and didn’t even say thank you!!! I was very patient & very kind but the business is HORRIBLE!!!!
I contacted her 8 times before I even got her to say ANYTHING!! my hair is blotched horribly. Just stay clear!

You are on your own when you walk in there. Just browse around in there and try to find an available stylist who doesn't have an appt and maybe they can take you. Big difference between stylists too. Hope you get lucky...

I have gone to Sonia twice now, and both times I left speechless! She does the most wonderful job with the cut, color, everything!! I love our chats during our sessions + I have never been more content with a stylist's services. She knows the exact timing, is a great price for the products + quality she provides, and is just such an amazing person. If you have the chance to meet Sonia and have her do your hair - just know you're in great hands

Awesome host to numerous great studio salons and services. Kept super clean and well regulated with ins and outs for covid precautions. Friendly staff and nice bathrooms. Conveniently located within very short walking distance of Glendale Galeria or Americana. You can be confident if an appointment you book is located here.

My stylist Sonia did such an amazing job on my hair, got a cut & touch up on my color. Totally professional. Clean, extremely clean salon which is so important to me. During COVID it’s nice to be assured you can be safe and still get good quality service! Will definitely be back ?

Clean new facility with attached validated parking garage. Stylists have their own individual rooms, which is perfect to try to social distance as much as possible. Highly recommend CC in suite 18! She is very talented and trained in Japan and has a lot of experience working at American salons, such as the popular Union Salon. She offers highlight/color, hair cuts, and Japanese hair straightening. CChairart squareup.com/appointment… CChairart takes good precautions, such as masks on at all time, sanitizer and temperature check at start of session. CC also has Covid-19 questionnaire/waiver in place to help prevent the spread so you can be safe getting your much needed salon service!

This salon is a little gem in Pasadena. Monique never ceases to impress me with how smooth and shiny she always makes my hair feel/look. And, as an added benefit, she is super sweet and easy to talk to. I know I don't come to this salon very often but, when I do, I know I'll leave with my hair looking its best.
