I am fan of this Pasadena Location because easy to shop planning at the floor.
Now I am giving them 1star because management a drastic change at the cash counter. Made a line of products in front of cash registers. We have to walk all the way walk around to push the bearing less carts. Which made the the shopping more tiring and difficult.
Staff very nice
Manager super nice
Cleanliness super good
The best store in LA.

Bait and switch avocado price. $42 price tag at the avocado become 46 at the register. Then the employee said the avocado price is for different avocado but there is only one kind of avocado available there .

Customer service doesn’t exist here. It’s rare you ask 3 people for help finding one item and even one with a computer is struggling. The eye rolls and scowling from the staff is also disheartening.

I visited the Depot restaurant and was delighted with the offered range of hallal meat and fish. Each product was fresh, high quality and prepared taking into account all traditions. I was especially struck by the variety of fish dishes - from classic steaks to exotic seafood. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, every piece melted in your mouth. The service at Depo is at the highest level: the staff is attentive and helpful, ready to help with the choice of dishes and drinks. The restaurant's interior creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for enjoying food. I will definitely come back here again and recommend Depot to anyone who appreciates high quality and excellent service.

Freshest seafood section I've seen, also really good lamb selection. Very nice frozen section, very good bang for your buck place, really good selection of sodas too

My family is always shopping at Restaurant Depot and Johnny N. always does such a great job at helping us and making our shopping easier. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we find exactly what we need. Amazing customer service!

Dangerous environment!The fork lifts are been riding speedy and carelessly. Can't concentrate on display shelves because of them. You need to take care of yourself.

If you have a business restaurant or catering this is the place for you. Employees are very nice and helpful. The place is huge so bring your walking shoes and if you head over to the cold area bring a jacket trust me you'll need it. They've got a fish ? area that I really didn't discover much whether they cut up fish or not for you. I'm not sure, but I know they clean there.
