I went into this location with my fiance and I was very very upset due to something that happened shortly prior to coming here.. Brandon had me laughing so hard by the time I left the store I had forgotten what happened temporarily prior to coming here.. his personality is so positive and his customer service is beyond impeccable.. I really strongly advise that Rite Aid not only keeps this individual as an employee but as well as I strongly recommend Rite Aid to find more people like him!!! Thank you for the great experience Brandon!!!Matthew Steck

Horrible Customer Service all over 4 scoops of ice creams for the kiddos. I entered the Rite Aid store tonight at approximately 6:45pm to purchase three scoops of Ice cream for my two young daughters and their mom, which was their reward after a good tennis practice. Here is where it all went bad. We entered the store with relief because their was no one waiting in line to check out nor when anyone at the Ice Cream counter waiting, the cashier and older woman named Shelia, immediately told us we had to pay at the cashier because their was no csh register at the ice creams counter. Since no one was in line there was no objection and I proceeded to immediately pay. Right after I paid another customer walked up to pay and Shelia motioned me to the Ice Cream counter and told me she would come serve us after helping the customer. However this is not what happened, she rung up the customer than proceeded to ring up another customer after that customer as she kept us waiting. So when she finally walked over, I asked why did she have us waiting so long when we were here first? And little did I know the person, Jessica who was doing boxes all this time behind the register counter and who is apparently Shelia's supervisor did nothing to help us, then she got on the same registered as Shelia after she finally came to help us. I asked her why did she have us waiting when we were the first customer present and I think that for the inconvenience and stressed she caused Rite Aid should double the four scoops of ice cream we purchased. This however turned into a big ordeal. Shelia stated she could not do it and made the statement "that people all ways want things for free". I assured her that this was not the case and that I could afford 4 additional scoops of ice cream. I tried to explain to her that how she treated us was wrong, I have two little kids who are waiting patiently who have to get home to get ready for school the next day and that she had very little respect for our time. I asked her to call over the manager and that's when I discovered that the very person she called over, Jessica, was the very woman who took her place on the register and the girl who was working behind the counter as we waited. I explained to her what happened and Jessica told Shelia to double our scoops, however apparently Shelia has an bad attitude and problem with it that she was only willing to double one scoop, I said this is so petty and unbelievable and after that to be quite honest, I no longer had a taste for eating ice cream but I was there or my daughters. I asked Jessica to call over the manager and she called Brenda and they had private conversation so as I noticed this I walked over, wondering why she took no time to even speak with me, and asked I asked if she was the manager and who is her district manager. Brenda was very rude and refused to give me the name of the district manager and refused to give me in the store numberl and unapologetic to the point where I thought they were racists. She refused to give me the district manager's name and told me to call 800- something so fast it would have been impossible for anyone to write down the number. She even asked me if I had paid for the ice cream and I told her yes I had already paid and she then said accusingly where is your receipt and I explained to her that Shelia did not give me one. Then she rudely walked over and got a piece of paper and scribbled the store number and her name. These employees have no respect for their jobs or Rite Aid customers.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just left the store and I am completely in shocked how I was treated. I will be calling the corporate office as soon as I am done leaving this review. There was a price tag on an item that the associate refused to offer me. I told them that was not right and they need to offer the same price as the tag says. It is not my problem your team members are screwups. They continued to argue with me. The supervisor comes and tries to make a complete mockery of me in the middle of the store. He takes a price tag off an item and yells at me "So if I were to take this tag off and put it on a bag of chips, does that mean this is the price??". So BEYOND RUDE to speak to a customer like that. These employees have zero class or respect. They obviously don't know anything about customer service and all need to be fired.

This review is based on customer experience at this location. There are 6 registers ready and waiting to help customers check out, however the manager, has only assigned one elderly lady the duties of helping a line of 10 customers, while also having to fill online orders. I spotted the manager a couple aisles over casually putting up seasonal items on the shelves on his phone giggling away, while this poor lady is hopping between 2 registers, trying to fill online orders, AND having to scoop ice cream for customers. This manager is inept at his position and should be demoted. He obviously has ZERO ability to lead a team. Also, he has the audacity to tell me that he can't find people to work to cover the front. My response was maybe because you leave them to tend the front all to themselves, scoop ice cream, and fill online orders while you're giggling away on your phone 2 aisles over. There's no reason why it should take 25 mins to check out with 6 drinks and a scoop of ice cream.

This Rite Aid is my neighborhood Pharmacy. Always efficient, polite and professional in the pharmacy department. This location is bright and clean and so far has not been out of stock of anything that I have been looking for.My wife and I got our vaccine booster at this location. At the time they were offering no appointment needed walk in shots from 2-3pm. It was a limited number of spots and on a first come first served basis. We had to wait quite a while for our turn but at least we got in. Some folks who arrived after us were turned away. On the bright side the seats in the waiting area were comfortable. I would recommend this place for vaccine or flu shot. They know what they are doing and provide quality service.I usually focus on food reviews but I noticed that this place was lacking in useful up to date photos. I didn't see any photos since they updated their signage. So, hopefully my pictures are helpful.

I don't know why some businesses employee don't learn they have to be nice with their customers. When I entered to this rite aid even they don't want talk or help to customers . That's why I left this store and I went to cvs at least they are polite. I hope their management talk to employees teach them nice behave to their customers.

My Pharmacy experience. I will not be coming back here. I need to go somewhere else, I choose this because it was around the corner. I went multiple times within a month because I was having problems with my insurance. One time I walked to the front and I said I had a pick up and the guy was like "okay.. and". And I said what do I need to give you? My name card dob?" I'm new to medication so I don't know what he needs from me. He was very rude. Third time. They took my insurance card and walked away. Left me standing there for 10min. Then the lady comes back and says it will be a few more minutes... so I assume they're getting it ready and my card worked finally. I end up sitting there for 45 min. The Asian pharmacist and the lady were the only friendly people there. I also look young so maybe they felt they could treat me unfairly idk. Finally I got my medication.. and the guy threw the pen down for me to sign. There was no rush, no one was in line behind me. Said thank you with attitude. I was sitting for 45 min waiting for my prescription I was tired and this guy has some attitude. The guy mumbles under his mask and gets upset when I can't hear him behind his screen?? Idk People coming in for medication clearly need some sort of help, so it would be helpful to have nice people working there.

This the pharmacy I visit almost once a week to pick up prescriptions for my husband. I've always had great experience with every single pharmacist especially Gary Chow. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable with the process of getting new meds or refills and provides his valuable feedback. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

We are in the middle of the Delta variant pandemic. L.A. County has a mask mandate because the pandemic is out of control. I went to the pharmacy window at this Rite Aid and the pharmacy clerk in the pharmacy had her mask off and she was wiping her nose and mouth with a tissue. She was engaging in this disgusting behavior as she stood next to all the medications that the pharmacist dispenses to customers! She then put her mask back on and asked if she could help me. She still had the gross tissue in her hand that she had used to wipe her nose and mouth with. This is gross and disgusting behavior that spreads germs even when we are not in a pandemic. This lady should have gone to the restroom where she could have cleaned herself up, disposed of her germy tissue, and washed her hands. I left the store immediately and then on my way out I was nearly accosted by two unmasked solicitors standing at the exit whom I had to run away from because they invaded my personal space and they were not wearing MASKS. Of course, no Rite Aid employee did anything about these pesky unmasked solicitors who were not observing the mask mandate and social distancing rules. I will not be returning to this Rite Aid store.

The pharmacy folks are great! Never a long wait and they're super friendly. I would recommend this place for the pharmacy. The lines aren't too long in their general store either.

It's an awful pharmacy !!!! The ugly woman who works there and gave me the ugly attitude without a reason and asked my son without talking to me not to use my son for the interpreter you're f****** adult you can write it down or not? Are you too stupid and also the Asian pharmacist is not even able to write the paper ! I simply told them that I'm deaf and I wrote the note in my phone ! Zero stars, they had the worst service !!!!

My husband and I went to pick up a prescription and we were descended upon by flu shot pushers who were EXTREMELY pushy and rude- saying things like "ok, now it's time to get your flu shot" in a very patronizing and pushy way. It's NONE of their business where I get my flu shot, or IF I get my flu shot (I would never ever get one at rite aid, especially this one). This was a very disturbing experience, especially with everything going on right now. How dare these employees be this pushy about something like this- we must have been asked, reminded or pushed on it 5-6 times and when we declined and let them know it was in our Dr.'s hands, they were RUDE to us. Inexcusable.
