Security personnel not a friendly, and racist

Management at this store is horrendous! Yesterday while shopping at this location a group of men came in and sprayed pepper spray or bear mace all over the store, the security personal and some of the cashiers were taking the matter serious but when people were telling the manager to call the police she reacted so slowly! LIKE DID SHE NOT SEE THE CONDITION OF THE STORE AND CUSTOMERS! And we waited a while for the police to show up and turns out she didn’t call the police or paramedics!! So they ended up having to actually call them. And while I was there I over heard the dispatcher ask if they needed paramedics and she responded NO!! The security guy had to knock some sense in her which I’m glad he did and told her that they do need paramedics because of the condition of customers and one of the cashier people. LIKE IS IT NOT OBVIOUS. I think I managed to see her name tag it said Angelina or Angie I couldn’t fully tell but the managers need more training and need to have the training the security’s have or something because for her to act like that during this type of situation scares me for if something worse happens. I will not be returning to this location for fear of my safety. They need to get rid of or retrain that manager to better handle those types of situations! I guess common sense isn’t that common.

Went there to get a small backpack and you really can't beat the prices. Good selection of shoes too though I didn't have the time to really look.

Interesting Ross, Eddie the cashier kept checking me out today while I was in line. Overall, this Ross is the typical identical (smell wise, look wise) store. The mountains outback are pretty.

I go here from time to time to buy clothes and shoes for an affordable price. The quality is decent. The only thing is that it gets really packed here at times and the line gets really long.

So this is my go to Ross store other than the one in Monrovia. They have pretty good items, I found a nice sweater dress on clearance and it was pretty nice without any defects. I like to get Starbucks after I shop around in Ross. Since it's next door, it's convenient. Unfortunately, I'm giving this two stars because the staff is somewhat rude. Made me uncomfortable to enter a fitting room. There was a lady who had to use the restroom and since the restrooms weren't unisex, only the men single restroom was available as the women one was "closed". The lady was limping and was using a cart to hold herself walking, when she asked to use the restroom it seems the staff told her no she can't and even the men was not allowed to be used by women. The staff then told her to go to Starbucks. As the lady walked slowly away saying she might have to go home, the staff kept telling her to go to Starbucks. It was 7:30pm on New Year's Day, Starbucks was closed by the way.

Super paced during the holidays, lines are long and depends on how many cash registers are open. Good variety of items tho.
