Usually, I really like the spot. They have a good quality service, but I just had a really bad experience with the old man that I was working there. He had a horrible attitude and tried to rush me out of the establishment when I was checking my clothes for pick up.
He had an absolutely horrible attitude. It was horrible customer service he should be replaced. Seems like he’s been there too long and doesn’t like his job.
I’m sorry to say that this isn’t a good representation of the rest of the people that work there. When I asked his name, “he said that he doesn’t have a name.”
Mary and some of the other people that work there are absolutely wonderful to talk to you and great people to be at the front desk. This old man should not be allowed to talk to people or should learn some type of people skills.

I needed something cleaned at the very last minute, and they really came through for me. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and had my clothes ready sooner than expected. Everything looked fresh and perfectly pressed. I was so relieved! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Round the Clock cleaners restored my dress after an unfortunate cocktail spill on the front. So grateful. Also, they were priced very reasonably.

Round The Clock Cleaners provides the best service in Pasadena. There is on site convenient parking for quick drop off and pick up. The staff is kind and friendly. They also provide a quick turnaround with their services.

Don’t truss this location they do advertise only to get the business they don’t work 7 days they don’t do same day services PLEASE DO NOT TRUSS this cleaner I drove one hour on traffic from downtown but owner just laugh and said we don’t do that after covid

Service was fine -4 day turn around for 1 item dry cleaned- however I was charged $30 to simply dry clean one dress. Website states $13.50. Will never be back.

While the dry cleaning was just fine the person taking my order was down right unfriendly. Not looking for a hug but a smile and a “thanks for your business “ in any form would have been nice. I felt like I was in the way of his doing nothing. Even when I picked up my order I felt like I was not necessary. So I will go elsewhere. I just cannot recommend rude or indifferent service.

I would like to give this establishment a nice review because the dry cleaning was fine. But the service was so unfriendly it made me feel unwanted and unnecessary. I'm not looking for a hug but a smile or a thank you for your business would've been nice. The young man who took my order was extremely unfriendly and did not smile at all. And when I picked up my clothes the same person gave me my order back and again he was very unfriendly and just did not make me feel welcome. Again I'm not looking for a hug but A hey welcome to the neighborhood or hey thank you for your business would've been really nice. Later a customer came in and one of the other employees greeted him as if they were best friends. Unfortunately I will not be returning for my weekly dry cleaning needs to this establishment I will find another location since we just moved here. I cannot recommend unless you are only interested in dry cleaning and not a friendly greeting.
