I visited the other day and was reminded why buying in person is always best. The amazing sales associate was a great listener and not only picked out shoes that would address my issues, she explained WHY. I walked away with a new pair of shoes and deep knowledge about my physiology and preferences. And the prices were comparable with big online retailers!

I went in to test for the right shoe fit for me. Daniel was super kind and patient! I think I tried close to 10 pairs of shoes. He was super knowledgeable and showed me some tricks with the laces to help lessen some pressure I feel with a lot of shoes. Highly recommend Run with Us!

This place is stellar! I went in for a free evaluation which took 5 minutes and was very helpful. I learned I’m a half size smaller (and a wide) than I thought. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes (I must have tried on 9 pairs) and suited me up in a fancy running vest that I had been eyeing. Kudos to Run With Us for their help!!

Worst customer service and return policy! DO NOT buy a shoe here if you are unsure of it. Most running stores have a 90 day return policy. This place has a 10 day return policy - ridiculous. I tried returning a pair of shoes that had less than 20 miles on them because I started experiencing the worst knee pain from them and they told me no. Not even store credit. This place does not care about runners they just want to turn a profit. The manager was rude and dismissive - he told me to return the shoes to the shoe manufacturer even though I did not purchase them.
Save yourself the money and headache and buy from Road Runners instead.

I went to Run With Us for the first time because it was recommended by some colleagues. They are also one of the few stores that carry Hoka. I needed help choosing a shoe that would aid with support, balance, and ankle/knee pain.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and Mr. Armand Crespo led me to the front of the store. He asked me to take off my shoes and walk a distance of a few meters so he can observe my walking. I supported him with my diagnoses, issues, as well as my prognosis. He continued to ask me to step on a machine supported by Aetrex Technology to create a 3D foot measurement, pressure map and gait. After that he asked me to sit down and he pulled out a Brannock device to measure the length and width of each foot. After analyzing all the data and information he said he would bring Hoka as well as other brands he thought might work for me. He helped me try various pairs of shoes and after each one he would ask me to walk. What I felt with each pair, he would verbalize it. After my experience with Mr. Crespo I can say he’s very knowledgeable and can tell right away if a shoe is right for you. In the end, it came down to two pairs of Hokas and I chose the one with more cushion because of my activities and level of pain.
I highly recommend going to Run With Us, and asking for Mr. Armand Crespo. He was attentive, soft-spoken, polite, patient, skilled, and thorough. I walked out of the store very satisfied and vowed to return for hiking shoes. Thank you Mr. Armand for taking care of me during my visit to Run With Us. It was an absolute pleasure.

I liked the service so much that brought my Mom to get fitted for shoes as well. Wonderful staff and I will definitely be coming back. The staff isn't pushy for a sell or anything like that. They are more concerned that you happy with your purchase and answer all your questions.

Came to this place from out of town to run in the Pasadena Trail. Half marathon that the shop puts on. Was pleasantly surprised when we picked up the packets at the store. Lots of great shoe options, nutrition, and miscellaneous gear that is helpful to both roadrunners and Trail runners.
The staff was very knowledgeable about all of the shoes that runners of all shapes, sizes and experience levels could appreciate.
I would definitely recommend this place in Pasadena. You are interested in picking up a new pair of running shoes, need nutrition to fuel your next run, or need suggestions on routes.
Tell them the guy from MN sent you....you won't get a discount at all 🤪

There is a runner group that meets every Monday at 6pm for a 4 mile & 6 mile run. Great selection of running socks!

The moment I entered, one of their reps, Art, offered his assistance. He was very helpful to me in finding the right walking tennis shoes I was searching for. I had planned to purchase one pair, but I ended up buying 2 pairs of tennis shoes. One from Hoka, the other Basics. The prices are more expensive but the quality is best.

If you’re like me, you started doing online research to pick a new running shoe and got quickly overwhelmed. I figured it would be worth it to get an expert opinion and try on lots of options in person. I’m so glad I did at Run with us. Arthur helped me find a great pair of hybrid trail/ road shoes, and even helped me realize my previous pair were a half size too small. I also found a great hydration vest for longer runs and trail runs and a pair of sunglasses that don’t bounce around. I took all of my new gear out for a spin with a 10k trail run to Joan’s peak in sierra madre and I was comfortable and prepared the whole way up and down. Thanks to Arthur for the great service: he brought me lots of options and sizes after looking at my current pair of shoes, doing a digital foot analysis, and listening to what kind of running I was planning. They take the time to help you out without any pressure. It also seems like they have great options for shoes for walking and standing all day.

Amazing shop- I went in and was helped within minutes. Arthur noticed my over pronation and helped me get some shoes that helped with stability and foot support. I went for a run in them today and they were great. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone looking to get new running shoes or any other running gear!
