DISCRIMINATING A DECORATED DISABLED UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS VETERAN FROM BUYING A JEEP
I try to buy a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from the Audi Dealership for Rusnak Auto Group.
I had financing through USAA and these guys put me through the wringer, wanted me to fill out a credit application. I told them because of my 19 invisible disabilities I can't come in and start haggling over prices and interest rates.
I explained that I submitted my I.D., Insurance Card, Department of Defense Card, Passport, Brith Certificate & Social Security Card.
And attached was the form to fillout bank routing number and account number so the funds would be sent ACH within 24 hours.
They didn't care they don't care about servicemen they don't care about they don't care about the US they don't care about the American flag. All they care about is getting your credit and getting your credit report and trying to get you to financing with them.
THE MANAGER GETS ON THE PHONE SPEAKING IN BROKEN ENGLISH AND I JUST CUT HIM OFF. I DON'T WANNA HEAR ABOUT HOMELAND SECURITY ALL MY IDS ARE RIGHT THERE I DON'T WANNA HEAR ABOUT THAT YOU GOTTA PROVE MY ID.
THEY WANTED TO PULL MY CREDIT REPORT AND TRYTO GET THE FINANCING DEAL WHICH I DIDN'T WANT.

Not rated 5 stars unfortunately due to experiences with certain sales and service personnel. Is okay overall but unfortunately my opinion other dealer offer better service and one of other dealer that offer better care and service is actually sister store Rusnak Thousand Oaks.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Rusnak Pasadena Audi on September 17th. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 AM with a confirmed loaner vehicle and even arrived early to ensure a smooth process. After waiting for 15 minutes, Service Advisor Arnold Diaz approached me. I explained that I was there to drop off my car due to multiple warning lights, including safety system and airbag malfunctions. When I called the previous day, I was instructed to bring my car in as soon as possible, and I was assured both over the phone and in an email confirmation that a loaner would be ready for me.
However, upon arrival, Arnold informed me that there was no loaner available, directly contradicting what I had been told. I was baffled. I had taken the time to travel to the dealership, trusting their promise of a loaner vehicle. When I expressed my concerns, Service Manager Ramzi Kakish intervened, but instead of resolving the issue, he was extremely rude and dismissive, outright denying that a loaner was ever promised—even when I showed them the email confirmation. I felt as though I was being accused of fabricating the whole situation, which was both insulting and distressing.
To make matters worse, despite the serious warning lights on my car, neither Arnold nor Ramzi bothered to check if my car was safe to drive. Their immediate response was to tell me to go to another dealership, showing a complete lack of concern for my safety. I requested to speak with the General Manager, Khalid Omar. While Khalid was more polite than Ramzi, he did little to address the issue. Instead, he echoed the sentiment that I should go to the dealership where I purchased my car, which made me feel disrespected and discriminated against. It was as if they were saying that because I didn’t buy my car there, I wasn’t worthy of the same level of service or support.
Throughout this ordeal, I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The lack of empathy, transparency, and professionalism was astounding. They dismissed any sense of responsibility for assisting me, effectively abandoning me in a potentially unsafe situation. Ultimately, I did not feel comfortable or safe leaving my car in their hands. I left feeling extremely frustrated and let down. In the future, I will certainly be reconsidering where I take my Audi for service, as this experience was far below the standard I expected from a brand like Audi.
I am reaching out in hopes that Rusnak Auto Group will take this matter seriously and address the apparent systemic issues within this dealership. This is not the level of service that reflects the brand's reputation, and I trust you will investigate this matter to ensure that no other customers are treated in this manner.

The latest edition, Rusnak's INEO Grenadier franchise in Old Town Pasadena is first rate and professional all the way. "Family-owned and operated" should mean much more in this day and age. Companies like the Rusnak Auto Group tend to be bedrock businesses in the communities they serve — much has to do with commitment and continuity. For last 60 years, they've been a part of greater Pasadena — plus Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks into OC and the IE - making payrolls, paying local taxes and partnering with local non-profits. First rate people work there - who tend to be long-time employees. Ask the team for a test drive in a new Trial Master!
