The place is normal, but the price is too high. For a haircut, grooming and styling, 500 dollars is too much. It's very bad that at the beginning when you ask about the price, they don't tell you the price, and then when you need to pay, you see everything on your bank account. It was very bad. Sunny is the best! She is a great listener and makes sure to understand what I am looking to do with my hair each time (color changes, cuts, etc)! Highly recommend!

I want to express my immense gratitude to Samvel Arutiunian. He is a top-class specialist with a great talent for making hair look beautiful. Finding a good stylist is just as difficult as finding a good doctor – through trial and error. But I found him. And for other ladies who are lucky enough to see my post, you won’t need to look any further because I’ve already found him for you.

Yuriy did an amazing job! They took me last min, and yet didn’t rush to give me a fresh amazing new look! He explained everything he was going to do to my hair, and went through some steps I should do at home. I’m obsessed with my hair and can’t wait to get more services here, of course once my hair is healthy enough… thank you so much for such great service!!!

I call to get a haircut & I say a minor cuss word & YURI asks me. not to cuss...I corrected him & said you will never do that...I asked for a haircut not to tell me how I should speak in every day conversation...You would never listen to a customer because you tried to control a potential customer...Totally uncool, you have no right to tell anyone how to speak...I will pass....

Always have a great experience here, from the first touch point to the end. I’ve only had my haircuts and blowouts here, so I can’t speak to any other services, but I’ve seen some beautiful work coming out of this salon.

May 6th was a Monday, I thought I had made a appointment with Yuriy, I walked in 11:00 am, Edgar was giving Yuriy a haircut and it happened to be Yuriy day off, I drove all the way from the AV and my daughter was on here way from SD to get a haircut also with Yuriy, I was thinking what the heck happened, but Yuriy came through like a professional person who I have known since his Beverly Hills days at Juan Juan…

I read about Edgar’s professional work in coloring and I wanted to brighten my hair from a salt and pepper to blonde highlights. This day was meant to happen for a reason , That’s what Yuriy kept telling me, as I kept apologizing for getting the date wrong. I love my haircut, I love my color. My daughter loves her hair cut.

I started started going to Yuriy 14 years ago. There was a break due to Covid and I came back a couple of months ago. The story that just happened shows why Yuriy is great and a professional who I trust. Two weeks ago Yuriy gave me a great new haircut, but I found it that I just wasn't willing to do the blow drying or styling needed to make it look as amazing as he made it look. My hair has changed over the years because I have becoming increasingly gray and so the texture is different even though I am getting it colored. So 3 or 4 days after the haircut I came back without an appointment, walked in and I explained my issues with the haircut, and Yuriy talked to me about it. He sat me down in the chair, did some spraying and styling and said -- "I know exactly what needs to be done, but I'm going to re-cut it so come back and I will not charge you." I told him I was willing to pay since it was going to take another hour of his time, but he insisted. He and the other stylist there thanked me for coming back when it was not 100% what I wanted, and they said they wish people would not be afraid to mention that. That's true professionalism. I came back a couple of days later, and he spent about 90 minutes with me and gave me an amazing haircut. My husband says that his haircuts were always great, but this one was even better than any of the ones I had gotten before. I tried to pay, he refused to accept. I told him I really value his time and expertise. I appreciate the sensitivity to my concerns, and the way I was respected. So as someone who has known Yuriy a long time, he's not resting on his laurels. And you can tell he loves what he does. Betty is still at the salon and she is terrific. Members of my family have gone to her. She also has an amazing positive attitude and has great skills. There is free parking in the building off of Hudson where the salon is located. I park on the street if I am only going to be there for an hour, but if I think it will be more than an hour hour, I park in that garage in one of the spaces assigned to the salon. There is usually free parking on the street.

If you don't look like you have money they will watch you like a hawk. They made me feel so uncomfortable. Just because someone looks like they don't have money you shouldn't judge them because you have no idea what their situation is. Management was awful. I left a 20% tip because I did appreciate my stylist. I will not be coming back. God awful place. I am in the medical field and work 12hr shifts. Sometimes a girl just wants to get her hair done. My bill came out to 684 including tip. That was a balayage,color and a cut.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The Owner and Staff are AMAZING. The environment is clean and organized , with tons of lighting! Clean organized work stations. Caroline did my hair today and I'm ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE!! She was professional & took her time. She was very knowledgeable and was very good at directing me which way to go with my hair. The results are amazing ! I was treated with respect & was confident the outcome was going to exceed my expectations. The complimentary coffee was delicious as well! I was kind of on a time limit, she got everything done just in time! I'm excited for our next appointment.

Leisy did an amazing job with my cut today- my hair can be tricky in terms of layering appropriately and she nailed it! Can't wait to see her for color. Will update then! The salon is very clean and professional, nice coffee station with robes available and cute little chocolates

I love Salon Yuriy! Probably the cleanest salon I have ever visited, customer service is super friendly. I met Yuiry when he was working in a Beverly Hills salon, fast forward he opened his own salon in Pasadena. Salon Yuiry is a terrific salon
