This is a difficult review. We've bought products from this store for years (since they were Plummers) and always had great success. With our most recent purchase we were not so lucky. We purchased a coffee table, end tables, and C tables for our living room - Massimo brand. It is a smoked oak high gloss finish. Given the finish, we knew we were going to need to be very careful with what was placed on the top of the furniture. The problem is that within a month we started seeing scuffed spots where the TV remote had been placed, etc. When we inquired as to how to remedy/combat this issue there was no assistance and no way to contact the manufacturer for help. I'm posting this as a buyer-be-ware so that no one else finds themselves in the same situation (money spent, can't return, can't be repaired, etc.).

Scandinavian Designs was a breath of fresh air. Such interesting furniture so much more akin to our taste after looking at so many big box stores online and in person and even mom and pop places locally , we found many items we would have enjoyed and bought 2 beautiful pieces to fit our immediate need for a change. Steve S went above and beyond to help us. Our top recommendation for anyone looking for a great selection of furniture and service. Check it out!!

In there on Saturday...Told to come back for an item on Tuesday for the sale price...got there on Tuesday and albeit the salespersons recognized me and the conversation...the sale on the item was not honored... I would have purchased on Saturday and not wasted gas and time had I known I was going to be lied to. The manager refused to talk to me. I have purchased many items before from this establishment but will no longer in the future Won't waste my time at this store in the future

I purchased a Stressless leather chair from Scandinavian Designs in Pasadena, California. I love the chair, it's comfortable, reclines and supports my back, which was the primary requirement I had when trying to find the perfect chair. They offered a number of colors and sizes. The customer service was superior! I highly recommend the store and their products . I feel I received service beyond my expectations. I must say, the chair is worth the price. Looks perfect in my family room; everyone wants to sit in it, and it is comfortable!

My husband and I highly recommend Scandinavian Designs in Pasadena. They have a wonderful selection of great, high quality furniture and a very knowledgeable sales staff. Our furniture was delivered exactly when it was promised and assembled on the spot by skilled delivery men. We look forward to shopping with SD for our next furniture purchase! (Additional note: the have great sales on decorative items!)

Scandinavian Designs is one of the best furniture stores I like to visit regularly. They have good selection of furniture with affordable prices. The staffs are also courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend go check out their warehouse before purchasing elsewhere.

If you love MCM design then do yourself a favor and check out Scandinavian Designs. Beautifully designed, high quality furniture at reasonable prices. Many items are made in Scandinavia and delivery times can be a bit long but well worth it.

I love my white Italian gloss bedroom furniture. great quality and classy. i also purchased a white leather recliner and it's greatly designed with different head and foot options. The quality furniture at Scandinavian has great price ranges as well.

Scandinavian Designs sells superior products! Beautifully designed and constructed! I purchased one of the leather stressless chairs and can't say enough good things about it. The leather is top quality. The structure of the chair is designed to help with back problems; the mail reason I purchased it. It fits right into my family room design and is the "go-to" chair for everyone.The staff was extremely helpful, answering all my questions, helping me when I returned to actually purchase the chair. No pressure, only help when I asked for it. I highly recommend Scandinavian Designs. I will be shopping there again soon.

Terrible service after spending a large amount of money . The Pasadena staff is the reason for this review. I had an issue and the store manager did not call me back. The employee (Steve ) was rude and uncaring. I had to take the issue to the District manger to get it resolved. I should have read the yelp reviews before I bought from them?
