“I had a great experience at Arroyo Parkway Self Storage. Rima, the manager, was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. Her associate also did a great job showing me around and helping me get set up with my 6x8 unit—and he even complimented my car! Great customer service from both of them. I’m very happy I chose this location.”

“We had a great experience renting a wine locker at The Wine Grotto in Pasadena. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming and professional. Lien gave us a thorough tour of the facility and took the time to explain everything about the storage options and how the lockers work. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The space is beautifully maintained and feels like the perfect place to store and enjoy our wine collection. We’re very happy with our decision and highly recommend their wine storage to anyone looking for a secure and well-managed facility.”

“The Public Storage at 888 S. Fair Oaks, Pasadena is a very clean PS. Chris in the office is very friendly, efficient, professional and trustworthy. But the PS phone app is awful, it made repeated errors even though I was on auto-pay, and they raised my rent 25% just 3 months after I started - Beware!”

“I have had my storage at this facility for a few years and I cannot say enough good things about Julie South who manages this facility. So professional, extremely helpful, courteous, really listens to all of my concerns regarding my unit needs, really knows her product and offers the best service you could ask for. They are constantly upgrading and maintaining this facility. It is very clean and your possessions are safe and secure. I recently downsized to a smaller unit and she helped so much in reconfiguring the space - I thought it wouldn't fit - she showed me how it would and did. She has gone above and beyond so many times when I needed her help. Thank you Julie. You are the best. I cannot recommend this U-Haul Storage facility enough. She will take good care of you.”

“We are SO grateful we stumbled into Julie’s U-Haul location! She helped us smoothly transition the move of our personal items from her Pasadena location using a U-Box to arranging a pick-up to be shipped to our new home base in Cork, Ireland! We had no idea we could accomplish emptying our storage unit nearby and filling the U-Box in one day, while also taking inventory for customs and wrapping everything! Julie made it all possible! She sells the moving supplies, and she is super kind, professional, and resourceful.”

“Great company with fair pricing and a very friendly and helpful staff! We recently hired Executive Moving Systems for our office move in Newport Beach, California. It was a very big move for us and a lot of work to finalize the details of the move. Bill Bird provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish. Bill is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of a move and very patient. On the day of our move, everything went smoothly and the team that moved us were hard working and completed the move in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to everyone who is planning a home or business move. Top quality company with excellent customer service! Thank you, Bill and everyone at Executive Moving Systems. We appreciate you! Gina M.”
