The Public Storage at 888 S. Fair Oaks, Pasadena is a very clean PS. Chris in the office is very friendly, efficient, professional and trustworthy. But the PS phone app is awful, it made repeated errors even though I was on auto-pay, and they raised my rent 25% just 3 months after I started - Beware!

Chris helped me out when we rented, and I was happy with the service he provided to the day I moved out.
