Ask counter guy Jess for 1 gallon of semi-gloss white paint for my white wood picket fence and then he pulls out roll of different color samples stating which color do I want I said pure white semi-gloss a picked up a business showing white is the color I want and he insisted that look over the color samples again. How disappointing it was to talk to this guy he is NOT the customer service representative you want to deal with. Manager wake up this guy drives customers away. I have been a long time customer at this store in Alhambra and will not go again.

If you have time came to this sherwin williams they would take few hours to do color match with no customer in the store I can’t imagine when they are busy.

My contractor sent me here to select a paint color for my house. Juan was very unhelpful and annoyed from the moment I walked in. He was unwilling to offer any help or suggestions. I couldn't find a peel and stick sheet in the display for the colors I liked and he refused to look in the back to see if they had any. Another employee had offered moments earlier to look in the back if I couldn't find a color I was interested in but unfortunately she wasn't there when I came back to ask.

Extremely rude customer service. Can't ask a question without getting looked at as if your bothering them. This isn't this time only, it's every single time I go in. It's not just me, it's alot of painters who have this view of a member of the staff. The big Hispanic guy Juan. I don't even know how this store has good reviews. It must be for the paint only not the service or probably mistaken because of the other sherwin williams next door to the boot store. The store next to the boots store has wwwwwaaaaayyyyyyy better service.

Staff were extremely helpful in helping me narrow down the color samples that I wanted. I was stressed out… indecisive, and needed extra detail about the colors IN each color. Alana spent over an hour working with me. I soooo appreciate her patience and knowledge!

Stopped by to see if they were open .Smelled a strong gasoline odor.Be aware they are drilling into gas tanks in this area.stealing gas

Just a great experience everytime I enter the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store inPasadena with Kyle Bowles the Manager and his associates.I learn something new from Kyle,and walk away knowing I can do this project. What an awesome feeling!!
