I went to go get only lemons today,all in a rush and the security follows me like if I’m going to steal. That’s Wierd and paranoid, then again he’s just doing his job , made me feel uncomfortable tho . The lemons were not really juicy at all . Fresh I should say

On January 13, I went to the Smart and Finol store where I received rude treatment from the store manager and an employee, I was falsely accused of theft, I called to speak with the general manager, the faithful person never answered me nor did she return my call. very poor quality of service

Better than I recall. Got a few staples for the pantry, king Arthur flour, capers, dry legumes, wonderful Spam Spam Spam... if you don't know ... you don't know...

Customer service at this location is horrible. The guy with the commentator voice is the absolute friendliest and the young African American young lady was extremely helpful and the security guard is awesome. The two that were on the registers yesterday between 4pm and 4:30pm are horrible

Produce like berries are sold rotting on the shelves. Last 3 berry packs I got I had to throw almost all of them away because they were moldy. Only get name brand stuff here.

This is a fairly friendly store, at least at the registers, especially Kevin. The store is clean and well stocked. The manager is also friendly and orders items not in stock for me, which I appreciate. People stocking are at times not friendly but I think many of those folks are from suppliers and have tight deadlines to meet. I enjoy this and three other nearby Smart and Final stores. One minute grouse is their "electronic coupon" specials. No one seems to be able to tell me how to access the additional savings they offer. I just don't buy those items knowing I can't get the additional savings. That's it.

Easier for me to shop there, closer to home, lots of packing, smaller shop so in and out quickly, very reasonable prices, good weekly discounts, I love to shop there!
