there is no one like Staci. She made my first major purchase in over 20 years solo easy. She gave great advice and followed up with me. In fact, because of Staci, I will definitely be back to the store in April for another sofa and chair. But only when Staci is working. She is as nice as she is genuine. By the way, shout out to Vincent (one of the owners) for his follow-up in customer care. But the real kudos goes to Staci.

Sofa U Love is a god send if you are not finding what you want in your local stores or online. We looked for months and then my dental hygienist told me about Sofa U Love. After just one phone call, Staci from the Thousand Oaks store had my confidence. She was attentive to and interested in our design, talked to the carpenter in their factory for us, and helped us develop our ideas over several weeks. She was so patient and supportive, and she really helps you look through all the fabric swatches. The store is amazing, holds many excellent models of what Sofa U Love is capable of, and Staci gives excellent personalized service. The ability to create any shape and style sofa you can think of is incredible, but this store wouldn't be a success without great sales people like Staci.

I had my shabby chic sofa re-upholstered at Sofa U Love, and it turned out beautiful. They helped me find gorgeous velvet fabric to use, and I am very happy with it. Whenever my kids get food on it, I can very easily wipe it off because the fabric is stain resistant, which is a definite plus. I also just had some of the pillows on my couch re-stuffed and they did an excellent job. Good service, professional and competitive prices!

We worked with Marina who was fantastic. We had a Shabby Chic sectional completely recovered, including the skirts.
Marina had a few additional suggestions and every single part of the job came out perfectly.
The price was far less than had we called Shabby Chic, about half, and the work is exceptional.

I recently went into Sofa U Love for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of selections! I love how you can pretty much customize anything you want! Also, they have wonderful customer service! Staci was beyond helpful and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or create beautiful furniture!

Staci is such a good person she really worked with me and was concearned about my needs. She's a mom with a family and understands how that factors in.
Sofa u Love is lucky they have her and I'm sure that's why they hired her. So go in and see her you won't be disappointed and if you have kids slip covers are the only way to go, you can't stick a sofa in your machine but you can put slip covers. Thank you Staci for all uour help your a very gracious person.

I was in need of a comfortable sofa for my new house and I couldn't be happier with the sectional from Sofa U LOVE. It came out to be just perfect and it's thanks to Shelli. We are very happy with our experience with Sofa U Love. Ordering was very easy - picking a fabric out of the hundreds of choices they have was by far the hardest part, but we found something very unique that we love! The sofa bed we ordered arrived about a month after ordering and it looks great! Vincent was wonderful and really went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly right.

I never want to leave my new couch it's so comfortable! Shelly was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel very comfortable when browsing and eventually putting in our order. I feel like the experience of ordering a custom sofa could be intimidating, but it wasn't at all here. Getting a sofa with the exact dimensions and style we wanted was the correct choice, I never would have been this happy if I ordered a couch online. And we got our couch in a month, which was faster than a lot of companies online deliver their pre designed couches!

My boyfriend and i have been delaying getting a new couch for months because we didn't want to end up getting something that wouldn't last, which we did 2 years ago and have been regretting as our current couch literally causes us back and neck pain. We spent the day shopping around and discovered Sofa U Love in Pasadena. As soon as we walked in, Vincent was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We explained to him that we needed something durable, as we have 2 cats with claws, but our primary focus was style and comfort. Vincent immediately gave us all kinds of options for fabric, colors, dimensions, etc. Once we found a couch that matched our needs as far as comfort and size, we began customizing the fabric and even got to customize the wood that will be used to make the legs of the couch. He worked with our budget, and we will be receiving our custom couch in 4-6 weeks! I can't express enough gratitude to Vincent for his kindness and top notch customer service, and we are beyond excited to receive our comfortable custom masterpiece!

Last year I was on the hunt for the perfect couch, and I am glad to say I found it! I had a very specific vision in mind of what I wanted, and Shelli at Sofa U Love helped us create the perfect couch for my apartment. Shelli helped us with every detail and we came up with exactly what I wanted. I was able to make all the specifications I wanted, including the exact fabric (I'm very picky when it comes to color), the width of the arms, the number of cushions and pillows, and even how firm or soft the couch cushion would be! The delivery came promptly on time as well. The couch is so comfortable that I shirked my bed for a few days as I found the couch was comfier! We were also able to order an accompanying ottoman and Shelli helped us pick the perfect size for it and get all the details exactly how I wanted them. I get tons of compliments on it all the time and it is my favorite piece of furniture in my apartment. Thank you to Shelli and Sofa U Love for helping us get our dream couch!!

Came in to look at a sofa and there was only 1 person working. We waited around for like 25 mins and we fin ended up leaving. This place is old, dusty and I wouldn't recommend
