I have been going to this Sport Clips since the time I have moved to Pasadena. It’s in a good neighborhood and the staff is so well trained, professional. What’s really appreciated is their smile on welcoming customers and listening to the hair cut needs with patience. Would recommend this place 100%

Alma is the best stylist for my son. My 9 year old son loves her and only feels comfortable with her cutting his hair. Price is fair. Not the cheapest for hair stylist, but my son gets the junior rate still.price is still comparable with other brand name stylists like Supercuts. I love the app and online system bcs I can see when Alma is available once the store opens for the day. My sons loves he can watch sports center or a basketball game while getting his haircut. He doesn’t like or need the wash and hot towel yet. He tried it at first but didn’t like it. I personally love it, but I have shaved head so don’t need professional hair stylist. lol. My daughter also gets her long hair trimmed an inch every 3-4 months from Alma. Great location in pasadena and overall great place.

Extremely displeased with my haircut. The barber did not listen to my instructions and made my hair shorter than what I wanted. She made my haircut the way she wanted rather than what I wanted. She did not listen to me at all and it made me frustrated. Extremely unprofessional behavior.
