Per my partner, the barista a Latina girl was talking to her friend, my partner had to get her attention asking "can I order a coffee", the girl snapped at her, "you have to order over here." Rude. She could of said, " sure, I'm sorry can I take you here"? ???

My go-to Starbucks. Employees remember your order and always make you feel welcome. This is the fastest Starbucks store in the surrounding area.

Poor customer service. One barista working while the others are on their phones. Took a doctor to complain about the 15 minute wait for them to start working. There is another one down the street with much better service

Waited 20 mins to place an order and I was next in line. Basically ignored 6 customers in line because of a 14 drink order. Others walked out of line tired of waiting. Large orders should be called in ahead of time and other customers and sales should not be neglected. There are two employees there then one should continue the large order while the other tends to the other customers in line. They have a lot to learn about customer service and turning away business.
