March 26, 2024, I got there at 11:48pm, the map said they closed at 12am, right when we parked, an employee (a woman) went up to the door and locked up the doors. If you're closing hours aren't at 12AM, change it to 11:48pm

They didn’t have water cups. I asked if I could get a soda cup just to drink water and they said no. They expect you to not drink any water the whole time and charge you for a soda cup just so that you can drink water. It’s not the customer’s fault Subway failed to order enough cups. Honestly kinda ridiculous. Refusing to give my group ONE small soda cup so we can share FREE WATER after spending $50+ on food is next level greed and poor customer service. Won’t be back.

Not sure if I came on the wrong date or not but I was helped by Maria B who was rude. Every option I selected for toppings came with a sigh and a huff and puff. I've always supported Subway since I love the Spicy Italian. This was my first Subway visit since I was in the location and it will definitely be my last. Whoever is managing this location needs to find out if this person should even work there.

I love the simplicity of online ordering but Subway has given me trust issues. This is "more" onion. They put the mustard on the OUTSIDE for some reason. If I have to check my sandwich before I leave I may as well just order directly. Poor service.

Please do NOT patronize this location at 615 N Fair Oaks Ave Pasadena, CA 91103. Employees are rude. Also employees leave the store telephone off the hook so they don't have to talk to customers when they make a mistake. I am wishing, hoping, and praying that this Subway location closes permanently. This location operates horribly and management is terrible. Employee customer service training is non-existent and worker retention is below industry average. I have already communicated on my social media to all my colleagues, friends, and family to not visit this Pasadena Subway. We deserve companies in our neighborhood that will hire and train employees to succeed. This location does not do that. I am counting the seconds for this Subway Location to close permanently.
