Hairstylist Christina is a true professional. She is very pleasant and a tremendous hair stylist. I could not be more pleased with her service. As long as Cristina is there I will always get my hair cut there.

Unfortunately my last visit to Supercuts after 5 years. Went in expecting my free haircut after ten visits with their 5 star reward program and the front desk said “Oh sorry we just discontinued that program” and won’t honor it. It’s not about the money, but they are choosing to cut corners and eliminate a program to save money. They will save the $35 I paid but will lose any revenue from me in the future. Not a smart business move on their part. After they said “Sorry that program and your previous earned points are deleted” they asked if I want to sign up for the new program. I said, “What’s the point, you will just discontinue that one also.” Unfortunately my first negative review on Google and hopefully my last. I did like my hairstylist Mina and have her contact so when she leaves I will just go back to her. Shame shame Supercuts. Bad business practice, bad customer service for the long term. You saved your $35 but cost yourselves hundreds/maybe thousands losing me and other customers. Also, I will need to research the legality of a business not honoring rewards or points programs.
UPDATE: I did return to Supercuts later that day and requested a full refund. The manager didn't seemed pleased but did refund me in full after I showed her my text message and told her they really should honor those rewards even if they have a new program. I mentioned that it's probably not great customer service to not honor those rewards and she said, "Well you are welcome to talk to corporate about that."

Lovely employees, bad outcome. I came here twice hoping to feel better about myself and get a new hairstyle. I showed pictures of what I wanted and they told me they could do it. The first time I wanted black Cherry hair and got amber hair. Pretty but definitely not what I wanted. A month goes by and I went yesterday to get dark brown hair to cover their past mistake, they dye it black and some strands are lighter than others. If you can’t do it don’t waste my time and my money. 100$ both times down the drain. Respectful and sweet but I’m not coming here again to get my hair done.

Hair stylist are amazing, however the manager/secretary might be the most unnecessary passive aggressive person I’ve deal with in public service. It’s just a hair cut geez. Will never go to this location ever again.

Stylist: Cristina is so good at listening to how I want my cut and then gives me the best cut. I always look forward to my visits.

Haircut was rushed and came out uneven. For a simple men's haircut, it's interesting how uneven the cuts were on either side of my face, sideburns, and around the bangs.
Usually have an average experience here but I'm hoping for more with prices going up here.
