I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from the Pasadena Flagship Store, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. My sales associate, Daena, was absolutely outstanding – professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to guide me through all the different mattress options, letting me test each one thoroughly until I found the one that felt just right for my needs.
There was never any pressure to rush my decision; Daena genuinely cared about helping me find the best fit. The store itself is clean, welcoming, and stocked with a great selection. Thanks to Daena's expertise, I'll now be sleeping better than ever on my new Tempur-Pedic. Highly recommend this location – ask for Daena if you visit!
