The people at the store were very nice but I had to wait 3 months for two chaise lounge chairs which the salesperson never explained to me. I paid in full and he told me I would get them in three days. The manager gave me a discount which was very nice.They did arrive end of August however one came missing a washer and screw which holds up the back of the chair. I was then told by the delivery guys I would get the missing parts delivered asap The manager told me there is no extra screws and could keep the bad one until the new one arrives. The only problem is the new one won’t be in till November!!! You have beautiful products but it’s too hard to get furniture in a timely way . To wait 7 months is crazy and I missed the entire summer.

What a great experience! We went in just to look and ended up buying patio furniture for this summer! Brittany our sales rep was great to work with. She extremely knowledgeable and great customer service skills! It was a pleasure to work with her and the whole team!

What a welcome surprise to find Terra on South Lake in Pasadena. They have quality outdoor furniture at reasonable prices. John Bloduc was great to work with. He has good suggestions and is fun to work together to find the right pieces for our backyard. We even had a chair break and Terra is replacing it no questions asked. The only downside is everyone else is in on the secret too so some pieces end up backordered. Outside of that we highly recommend Terra and working with John in the Pasadena store.

We were the only customer in the store. We had the feeling we were interrupting their social hour. 3 associates talking near the register couldn’t be bothered.We bought a table but not due to stellar salesmanship.

I was in need of custom cushions for the outside dining & seating furniture at my new home. I went in to Terra and it was a perfect one stop shop. They had a whole book of color & pattern options, the ordering process was efficient & the customer service was superb. They did such a great job that I went back to them for another order. I love my furniture from Terra Outdoor! As an added bonus, it's a beautiful showroom stocked with every item I saw on the website and wanted to sit on. And the customer service is exceptional.

I bought a fire table and the delivery was delayed. I called the store and spoke with John the manager who expedited the delivery. Then I had a problem because a workman came to install something and tried to move the table that was attached to the gas line. He tore off the igniter! I didn't know what to do so I called John at the store and he immediately sprung into action. He called the manufacturer and I received the part 2 days later. I love the table but my customer service experience is the reason for 5 stars. John is an asset to the company and I'm so appreciative of the help he provided me with. I would give him 10 stars!

Was in the market for pool loungers for an over a year. Found Terra Outdoor Living and based on their gorgeous catalogue, I was convinced they’d be out of our price range. Instead, they had competitive prices and allowed me to use their promotional coupon! Their delivery was super quick and professional. Will definitely be shopping here for more patio & pool furniture.
