Joey is an amazing director. All the trainers (Javier, Terita, and Cici) and staff (Francis, Capri, and Vanessa) are super nice and will push you to reach your goals. Im lifting heavier and feeling lighter. All sessions are different and include a variety of different movements to really make you feel muscles you didn’t know you had. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been a member/challenger at The Camp Transformation Center for the past 8 years, thoroughly enjoying the classes, trainers, fellow members, and the front staff. Continual motivation is provided to me by the trainers and staff, which I appreciate. Thank you!

I did the free first class trial. The instructor was kind and met with me beforehand. It's a guided workout in a class. It was a typical class, similar to F45. I've done orangetheory, Barry's, F45, and a lifting-class type of gym. I'd say they're most similar to F45. The workout is short due to the warm up and cool down time. There are NO mirrors anywhere. I disliked this because I like to look in the mirror to make sure my form and movements are correct. They didn't have very heavy weights for a lower body day. It was like a cardio workout that focused on your legs. I think this is a good place for true beginners who are looking to workout in a guided program for the first time. The instructor did help others who needed more guidance, so I think this would be helpful for people who have never gone to the gym before. But if you're more experienced or more athletic, I think a different gym for classes could be more beneficial

I joined the 6 Week Challenge originally to support my wife. I mean, it's not like I couldn't lose a few pounds myself! It was tough the first week but not impossible. The coaches are there to show you the safe and correct way to do every exercise and happily show you how to modify an exercise if you are having issues. After just a couple of weeks, I could really see and feel the difference in myself. I think my biggest takeaway from this challenge is my new portion sizes in the foods I now eat. If you want to lose weight in a safe and healthy way, I would definitely recommend The Camp Transformation Center! I lost over 21lbs during my challenge.

Over the last three years, I gained a lot of weight. The Camp helped me lose 60 lbs in 2016 but work and COVID protocols kept me away from the gym and working from home made it easier to overeat. In January, I finally felt comfortable to get back in the gym and I enrolled in The Camp 6 week challenge to lose 20 lbs. The Camp trainers and staff are amazing. They provided tips and tricks for healthy eating and motivated me to get the most out of my workouts. After six weeks, I lost a total of 33 pounds. I feel energized and invigorated! I am so thankful to The Camp staff and my awesome fit family for helping me achieve my fitness goals! But I am just getting started and begin a new challenge on Monday. #5amcrew #FTDI

I started the 6 week hard body challenge because I need accountability and team environment to get me back to my athletic mind set pre baby. I had a couple of friends who had done challenges and had two different experiences so I didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that I was going to put my all and follow the camps recommendations. Every time I went to the camp I felt motivated, the trainers pushed me, the music got me in the zone and I built community. I exceed my expectations, just reach the 5% goal, and at the end lost 6.9%. During the 6 week journey I never felt alone or lost. I loved that the camp had an app which told me exactly what to do at the gym to complete my weight lifting homework. I loved the FB support groups as I felt I could go to them for food prep ideas when I felt stuck. Overall I would recommend the camp!

LOVE The Camp! The workouts are great as well as the trainers. The help and support of the trainers and employees comes natural. It's a family bond that is quickly built. I 100% recommend this location if you want to see improvement in your set goal.

On September 12th, I weighed in at The Camp Pasadena TC at 150.3 lbs., did my first HIIT workout, then went home and meal prepped. Today, October 24th, six weeks later, I weighed out at 128.8 lbs. It's been a very eye opening journey, and the number on my scale has the least to do with it. I will say that The Camp Pasadena has really helped me stay accountable to my health and fitness goals. I am grateful for Joey TC, the Assistant Manager that's been tracking my progress and providing guidance. He's been amazing support for the past six weeks. I also had an absolute fantastic time training with Brandon, Adrian, and Terita at 5am on weekdays and 6am on Saturdays. I could not ask for better HIIT coaches. I've started to get to know the people who show up to work out alongside me early in the morning, and they are warm, encouraging, fun, and hard-working. I really feel like I'm part of a community. The most effective element that The Camp provided was a strict diet plan they called FTDI (Follow The Damn Instructions). I didn't starve. It was a very bland diet, not gonna lie, and cooking methods are mostly steaming, boiling, and poaching, but these 6 weeks have not been about my taste buds. I finally learned to meal plan consistently! It's the only way to go if rapid weight loss (which this is) is desired. I'm going to continue meal planning, and add in things that I miss eating like beets and carrots. I will continue to skip cooking with oil most days of the week and avoid sugar whenever possible. The last weeks of this challenge were harder because my body had reached a normal weight and BMI range, and didn't really want to lose more weight at a rapid pace. With guidance, I tweaked how I ate a little, had to supplement with extra cardio, and also practiced a few days of deprivation. If someone follows the program set out by The Camp, s/he will lose weight. This is a great program if a healthy person has a good amount of weight to lose. It's a harder program for people that only have 10-20lbs of weight because the required pace is a loss of 3.3 lbs a week, which is a lot. If that's the case, I would say get yourself to a normal weight range and then join their Hard Body Challenge, which is based on body fat percentage rather than weight. I'll be staying on with The Camp, because I absolutely get a lot out of the 5am HIIT workouts and the community. This worked for me. Why wouldn't I keep going?
