Koko, Andre, Alex, and Manny were all great help with purchasing my GT86. Each one of them provided outstanding customer service. This was my first time purchasing a car at a dealership and they made my experience a breeze. Would definitely recommend this location, if you have dealership anxiety. Thank you guys so much! Andre at the Toyota dealership was extremely helpful. We're in the early stages of car shopping—currently weighing our options between a van or an SUV and exploring different brands. As loyal Toyota owners (we have a Sienna and a RAV4), we appreciate their quality. Though Toyota vehicles can sometimes cost a bit more, we know they are often worth the investment. Reliable place to get services. They won’t try to upsell you and they are professional. Many times I’ve chosen to wait at the dealer because they have good seats and coffee or I can pick a table and do some work on my laptop.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a car. Armen Petrosyan was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He didn't pressure me and was very thorough when showing me the car. Very professional from the beginning to the end. His manager, Koko was also helpful. I was pre-approved through my credit union so the process was smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to purchase from Toyota Pasadena.

I came with the intention of just browsing at first but i did have a car in mind. There was this young man by the name of Miguel. He wasn't applying any pressure whatsoever, just simply making himself seen by any potential car buyers. i liked that there wasn't any pressure put into my person and he made me comfortable for me to ask him questions about a car. Ultimately i found the car that i wanted and Miguel helped me out with any questions i may have had and surely enough, Miguel helped me get my car that i wanted. i just want to say thank you very much to Miguel and Koko for being easy going and extremely helpful, making sure that i was satisfied with the whole process. I'm a first-time car buyer and my experience at Toyota in Pasadena was a positive one. Thanks again Koko and Miguel. Also want to thank Alex Fernandez for his big help on the financials.
