My husband and I love to go to this store! The bikes are top notch and easy to daydream having them all. I got a pair of road bike shoes at a great price and at check-out they discounted them more based on a promotion. But THE BEST part is the friendly, knowledgable staff. They make sure you have been helped and never pressure for a sale. They let the quality merchandise and bike lovers inherent love of all things bikes do the selling! Of course if you have a question, they will help and make recommendations.

All the staff at Trek Pasadena are just plain down to earth family type people. They’re honest, helpful, nice , courteous and ready to help with any questions you may have. They’re also fun to talk with!

It’s the second time I’ve had my bike serviced here in Pasadena. Sean welcomed me warmly at the door and passed me off to Remy who did an amazing job taking care of my son’s gears so they shifted smoothly again. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and caring experience. I will not hesitate to come back again. Next time for a new bike!

Amazing service! Broken carbon rim. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years. Recent experience (5/24) was the best! Thanks for the loaner wheel, I was back on the trail enjoying the afternoon many thanks to the Trek service team!

The service at this Trek Pasadena store was great! We bought a used bicycle from the red barn/used trek system. I’m not quite happy with it and they’re helping me get things to a place that it will be comfortable to ride.

I absolutely love my new bike. I’m a beginner, no clue what I’m doing but when it comes to Faye, the customer service is top tier. That type of professionalism is hard to come by. She was fantastic. She watched me ride and suggested to lift the seat to prevent future knee problems. She even showed me how to get on the bike so I didn't look like a complete goof. Beginner problems! Thanks, Faye. Ask for her if you’re looking for a bike. If she’s not there that day, ask when she’ll be there. You won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. Remy Flores worked on my bike and went above and beyond. It would probably be impossible to find the same level of kindness and good work ethic at a different bike shop. Much less in LA. Everyone else working there is also so good and kind. This place gets an 11/10 from me.

Absolutely stellar experience at Trek Bicycle Pasadena! From the moment I walked in, the store had a welcoming, professional atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I was in the market for a new bike and had a ton of questions, but thankfully, I was helped by Faye, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her knowledge of the products, attention to detail, and sincere passion for cycling made the entire process enjoyable and informative.
Faye took the time to understand what I was looking for and patiently walked me through the various models, explaining the pros and cons in a way that was easy to understand—even for someone who isn’t super technical. She helped me test out a few bikes and made personalized recommendations based on my riding goals and experience level. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed, which made the experience even better.
What truly stood out was her exceptional customer service. She made me feel like a valued customer and not just another transaction. She also followed up with helpful tips on maintenance and local group rides—completely unprompted. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days, and Faye absolutely delivered.

I used to like this store.. they ran an honest store.. I had a bad experience with one of their techs.. he gouged me with supar bicycle maintenance. By the time I walked out of there it cost me 432$ the bike was brand new! The tech guy charges me money for brand new intertubes however he used the same intertubes but patched them up.. so next time u go there to get new intertubes ask for the old ones ..
